Did the online "Check In" and the lady I talked to at the pick up site was very fast and efficient. Took only 5 minutes to get the van and drive away. Van was perfect, everything worked well. Can definitely recommend this rental location!
Markus HReserve a truck Dolly and it's not in the van. The man who helped me pick up the equipment was slow, as if asleep. That's why I lost a lot of time to pick up the van. thank you

Sebastian DSelf check in didn’t work no code was provided. Dolly was not provided as per order I booked a vehicle at premises at San Francisco later a day before they ask me to go to San Bruno which added double digit miles. Overall a poor experience
