mirja O.Location does NOT have anything other than a truck or two. Had ordered moving blankets and furniture dolly which was confirmed by UHaul online. Went to pick up and was told "not at this location" for the extras. Also told that they did not use the online precheck information and got to do it all again at the counter. I cleaned the inside of the truck before loading anything, it needed to be swept out. The back door was nearly impossible to close on the truck. Was told it was "just hard to do" and basically took 2 people to make happen. When picked up the truck the back door was not latched because it was nearly impossible to close.
