This location was a junk shop, the personnel were helpful and very polite but the place was a mess, stuff stacked everywhere outside.

Dropped the truck off Saturday afternoon and all the man done was took the truck keys. He didn't even go out and look at it. Then, on Tuesday I get an email saying I had equipment overdue. So I called to see what was going on and was told she was busy but would look into it and call back. She did and said "everything is okay. I logged the truck in and fixed it ". REALLY? Three days later!!!
