Eliminate several thousands of your "Mom and Pop" marginal rental locations. Most of these locations have little interest in truck rental service.

Employee said that the fuel gauge reading (marked as 7/8 tank) was always conservative (i.e., rounded up for the benefit of the renting customer). If that is the case, then the gauge on the 10-foot truck that I rented was poorly recorded, because it had less than 3/4 tank, causing me to restore more fuel than I used before I could turn it in.

The lady we got the truck on was very helpful. There was some broken glass in the truck, but wasn't easy to see unless you were right on it. Over all was a good experience.

I was upset because I received a call saying that they needed my CC zip code, and Security code off the back so she could check in my truck. The lady was not going to tell me that she was charging my card until I asked will there be any extra charges. She said she was charging me $70 for fuel because the truck was on 7/8 when picked up and it was under 1/4 when she got it...............I told her that had to have been a mistake, she told me no its not a mistake. I asked her to check again because there were two trucks on the lot when I dropped mine off. When she did check again and I was right. I feel she should have never argued with me in the first place. She also should have checked everything out before calling my phone at 8am, and she should have told me she had plans to charge my CC.

I requested a truck for 9 am but the UHaul system made it for 10 am. When I got there, the entire system was down and I waited for over half an hour for it to come back online to complete the rental. That put entire move behind schedule. I was also furious concerning hiring moving help through your site the day after I called to rent the truck. I requested 2 men for 2 hours but the submittal never seemed to load. I called UHaul to see what the problem was and was told I could only hire at the time of the truck rental and I wouldn't be charged. Well, I was charged after I made other arrangements directly with movinghelp,com. I was not amused by any of this. My displeasure is with UHaul as a company and how it is run, not with the pickup and drop off locations.

There was confusion on where I was dropping off the truck. I received 2 different phone calls the next day asking when and where I was dropping the truck off (after I had already returned the truck that same evening) The lack of communication between these stores was frustrating

Allow local daily rental with no mileage limitations.



The person attempting to sign into the U-Haul site to confirm my rental was unable to. All of the tabs worked except for one. It appeared to be a problem with the U-Haul website, as she was unable to access it via computer or her phone's browser. Because of the U-Haul site malfunction, it took me far longer to leave with my rental than I had hoped.



Please check wipers. They were horrible. Very dangerous going through passes. Very disappointed.

Just found out they rent U-Hauls by my house.Very friendly and 10000% better then a regular just UHaul store.Customer for life there



I was charged over $200 more than my quote from Uhaul and was told it was because of coverages I didn't choose.

Have the equipment on hand when picking up. Also have workers that are friendly and know what their job is. I do not like when the person doing the return paper work is rude and has no idea what they are doing.



The car died 3 times when we has the car for 12 hours.



The sign on the building advertising the Uhaul service is rather small and difficult to see from the road.

This was a one-way rental and I did not choose a drop off location because I only knew I would be in Ft. Worth. An employee at the location said I would have to pay extra to drop it there

The ability to return the trailer after regular hours at this location is a plus.



Everything went as planned and the customer service at this location was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure the experience was successful and informed us of all the details about the use of the 20' truck.

Customer service was terrible. People at location were great but getting to that point was an absolute disaster. Your call center/ reservation center was a complete joke as well as the location at 1000 Alta Mere, Fort Worth, TX. If you all were not the only company I would NEVER use U-Haul again.

Change the mileage allotment becuase you need to add in wrong turn milagr becuase of bad location that don't offer 24hr drop off



I apparently showed up to the wrong place but they were very helpful regardless.



Never any UHAUL will I suggest to anyone!!
