It does not exist. It appears to be a vacant building. The telephone for Ray's Firestone is disconnected. After waiting on hold for 23 minutes I got a representative who told me how to leave it there and check out. There were a couple of U-Haul vehicles behind the building, so that is where I left the trailerer and did a self-check out.
After all of the screw up and crazy confirmations, then driving 1 hour and 20 mins just to get a uhaul because people kept messing up. I forgot his name, but he really helped us out as much as he could. I appreciate what he didn't have to do just to make sure we were taken care of and not struggling during our move
Jeff went above and beyond in helping to make a difficult situation workable. We have rented several uhaul this year from various locations and this location was the best.

Jeff, is so extremely nice and so very helpful. I was so nervous about renting a big truck and driving it across the country. Jeff really helped with the size I might need and was really patient with me when I kept asking about all the different cost options. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was talking about. It made my husband and I feel very at ease and comfortable with our decision of renting a Uhaul
I emailed about a refund and no one has gotten back to me. My trailer was covered in snow and under the snow was 4 inches of ice with wood chips mixed in. I had to spend nearly $20 and 45 minutes to manually wash it out and got soaked doing it. Very displeased!
It's a U-Haul, what do I expect? The tires didn't blow out and the bearings didn't seize, so it was a good day.
Trailer was very difficult to manage. VERY heavy and difficult to back.
No instructions on what to fill out at drop off.
No one was there when I dropped it off but I spoke to them prior and was told to just drop it off and they would take care of it.
If the requested uhaul truck size requested is not available, the truck should be upgraded not downgraded

UHaul's 6x12 trailer REALLY needs to come with a jack!!! We struggled getting the trailer tongue on and off of our SUV's ball hitch (three times). We are VERY UNLIKELY to rent a 6x12 trailer again from UHaul for this reason. Other than that, everything worked out well with the rental. --Don Wortham

wasn't open when we dropped off truck and im not computer savy, and only have flip phone.So couldn't do computer stuff for drop off.
Find a better way to estimate fuel usage. Got truck with full tank - refilled truck after using and had used 8.17 gallons to go 50 miles. That's 6.3 miles per gallon. This is the greener, more fuel efficient Uhaul?
