I had to switch to this location because the location I originally scheduled at wasn’t open when we went to pick up. The Uhaul operator facilitated the switch quickly and smoothly. However, when I got the final receipt after turning in the truck a $15 charge had been added for the ‘insurance’. I had not requested that on the original reservation and was frustrated to see it added. I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of arguing, but it did color an otherwise good experience.

WILLIAM TNo problems with the rental or the person we rented from. But the app leaves something to be desired. Slow and unresponsive and it didn't provide all the info we needed. I still had to call the manager renting the truck.
