My truck broke down- out of gas, but gas gauge said it had fuel. Was on hold for a long time before roadside assistance. However, the woman was WONDERFUL that helped me. Overall, the experience was awful.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever had, with any company, ever. That's quite something. We at first selected a location online and never received a phone call within 24 hours like it said. We called and found out that they had changed the location without advising us. We agreed to the new location over the phone. When we received the confirmation email we realized that it didn't include the dollies/furniture pads. Called again and were told that the new location didn't have those things on hand so they were removed from the order, again without telling us. We had to reserve the dollies/pads at a separate location and drive to 2 different locations for the truck and the additional equipment. When we arrived at the dollie/pads location they told us that customer service had never reserved any items for us and that they had already rented everything out. After much arguing they were able to figure something out. Because of this we didn't pick the truck up at the time we had estimated and they locked our account and had to jump through hoops to get it unlocked - all in all it took us 2 hours and 2 different locations to pickup the items were reserved online. We will NEVER use uhaul again.

Someone needs to be at the pick up location on a Saturday and all of the proper equipment should be in the rental so you don’t have to go across town to another facility to add a dolly.

Pickup location did not have access to information I put online when making the reservation. Had to change drop off location because the one I picked wasnt given to them, and it wasnt in my confirmation email. Representatives should be given access to all this info, especially if I have to repeat it onsite because they require it to give me the vehicle.

Not place a time limit on the rental!!!! It should be a daily rental for a local move with unlimited miles. I was rushed and could not finish the move without incurring extra fees! Not happy with uhaul for this!

The gentleman insisted the drop off location was two miles from our new home as I told him it was not. Come to find out it was 10 plus miles which cost me 5.00 plus in fees for going over miles not happy.

This was the first time I used the mobile app and it was NOT a good experience. I would much rather see a person and pick up my papers and keys. It takes way too long and on the return, was a real pain to complete. It actually would not accept my credit card at the no and told me just to drop the keys in the box. VERY frustrating experience! There has to be an easier way.

All the agent said we had to do to drop off vehicle was park behind building & put keys in drop box. We sent our son to drop off. He didn’t have contract w/him. I tried to do drop off on my computer. In the meantime he accidentally dropped keys in box.

They were great! I picked up by myself, but returned during business hours. Pick up was easy, and they were great when I returned the vehicle.

There was nothing wrong with this location. My issue is that I made a reservation for pickup at a different location well in advance of the intended pickup day. The day before pickup I receive a call stating that my trailer will not be available at the original location. Kind of annoying to go through the trouble to make a reservation only to have it be changed at the last minute. I'm guessing if I would have requested a last minute change there would have been some charge for it.
