Sent me back and forth between the retail location and another lot 3 times before I finally got a working truck. One truck stalled as soon as I tried to leave and was unsafe. The staff did not know what they were doing.

I never asked for insurance while making reservation and I was still charged for it. I don’t like people cheating me. Very bad policy.

I learned after renting and paying for my uhaul that the vehicle was located off site. I had arranged for 2 movers to meet me at my apartment at 11 to move, and I was on a conference call from 10am-11am. While on my call, I arrived at the off site location to find a locked gate with a keypad. The personnel never provided me a code. I wasn’t able to call for help because I was on a conference call, so I called at 11 (meanwhile my movers are waiting at my apt wondering where I am). On hold for 10 mins before getting a woman who was VERY CONFUSED- she kept emailing the location instead of just calling them. After 10 mins on the phone (and 10 mins on hold) I drove back to the uhaul location where the clerk realized she’d forgotten to give me the code. I picked up the truck and arrived at the apt an hour late- and had to pay my movers $30 for that hour that they stood around. It was AWFUL. They didn’t offer to accommodate me in any way- and charged me $28 for fuel. I drove 10 miles.

1. Engine light the whole time I was driving the vehicle, the vehicle needs maintenance. 2. Erroneously billed me for two utility carts instead of one at checkout. 3. Instructed to return vehicle to their lot. Had vehicle from approximately 6 pm to 9:30 pm on August 9, 2018. Was erroneously billed for four days. Talked to Print Parcel and Ship Sue at 9:07 am on August 14th after receiving invoice from U-Haul. Sue advised she could not fix erroneous billing and to call 469-671-2772. I talked to Leslie at U-Haul who said she couldn't fix the improper billing and referred me back to Print Parcel and Ship. I called Print Parcel and Ship at 9:45 am and Sue connected me to her manager Christian. Christian said he would get the billing fixed after I explained what had transpired. He said he would call me back in 1/2 hour. He returned my call 1/2 hour later and said everything was fixed and that I would receive an email from UHaul confirming. As of 12:25 pm I did not receive an email from UHaul so I called Christian to report that nothing had happened. He said give him 2 minutes and he would get back to me. It is now 1:10 pm and no return call from Christian. I have been trying to fix the Uhaul billing error which has cost me more time and effort to fix than the original rental period. Should have been billed approximately $100. Instead I was billed $296.57 As of now I have no confidence in Print Parcel and Ship and Uhaul. No one said they were sorry, instead I was interrogated as if it were my fault. I do not recommend using this company as a moving rental location.

One of the easiest experiences as of late. Custmer service is excellent and explained in full with zero surprise afterwards. Highly recommended if you require a quick - DO IT YOURSELVES move!

I drove a total of 11 miles and put 2 gallons of fuel in the truck. Upon receiving my bill, I was charged an additional $15 for 3.5 gallons of fuel. I spoke to the manager of the location and he said he had a picture of the fuel gauge. It is not possible to burn 5.5 gallons of fuel in the 11 miles I drove. I will not recommend I haul or this location for any service.

Not the fault of Print Parcel & Ship, but my rental had a non-functioning air conditioner. After driving about 5 minutes, I discovered this problem. The temperature was triple digits, so I was not happy. U-Haul needs to inspect their vehicles better.

This is a nice little store that handles the local U-Haul rentals. Couldn't ask for better service.

Not friendly. I returned my truck early with way more gas but no credit adjustment was issued and the owner at this place said that Uhaul does that not him.

Address location is no where near where you drop I haul off at. Had to go way up the street and find a little gated boat yard which was nearly impossible to park the truck. Then got charged $for gas since I was a hair under a half a tank after trying. To find the drop off location ... when I called to ask for help the guy tried to make feel stupid, as if I should have known that the drop off wasn’t the same as the address they sent me...

I scheduled the pickup of a van on Tuesday (1/30), for Thursday morning. I gave my Driver's License, credit card, and filled out the paperwork, and got confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told because my DL was "out-of-state", that I could not get a van. The result was over an HOUR to revise the paperwork and get a 10' truck. I should have been told initially that this was the case. It totally ruined my day's schedule, due to their inefficiency in checking all necessary rules/regulations beforehand.

3 people working at location . I arrived 15 minutes early to pick up truck . There was only 1 customer there when I arrived , couldn’t find keys for the truck slated for me , helped 2 more customers as they looked for keys then finally 40 minutes later decided to just get me a diferent truck. Made me late for my pick up time that I rented truck for. Will not let u haul ever make me pick up a vehicle from this location again
