The truck smelled terrible of cigarettes, in addition there was barely any gas in the truck, it would have been nice to have a full or half tank and just return it at that.

The only one location, which works at weekend evening!
Olga VTruck was not provided with the equipment I requested. I was charged for the equipment I didn’t receive. I reported it and was told it would take a week or more for a refund. Simply bad service.
Joshua WI reserved an in-store pick up and had added a refrigerator dolly. When I got there the clerk said she did not know how to ‘do it’ and told me I had to switch to a mobile pick up. She was extremely rude. Then they did not have the equipment I reserved. And did not tell me until I had taken possession of the rental truck. The whole experience was frustrating, time consuming and disappointing.
Faye FLocation did not have a furniture dolly or pads. Vendor did not try to get any from another location. Also, the location is dirty.
