The lady at the counter was very nice even though she had a real difficult customer in front of me .I felt sorry for her and told customer to ease up .if she got a bad report from the lady that rented vehicle don't believe it that lady was pretty rude about things that were not the facilitys issue.

The vehicle was dirty on the outside. The passenger window was left slightly open and it was dusty on passenger side. Gas reading was not accurate.
