The location is not set up for trailers. It is not easy to back a trailer in off the street to return. Also it took me over an hour to pick up because the guy checking me in was also pumping gas because they are a full serve gas station. To top this off they wanted a second credit card for ID, seriously? I have never had to give more then one credit card and drivers license for identification. My driver's license had my current street address so not sure what this was all about. Basically I am moving and do not have time to sit around UHaul waiting to pick up a trailer. I had things to do and this really took too long. The wait and the issues went beyond ridiculous and was a great pain since I came from out of state to move my daughter out of one room in college that should have been a quick and easy thing. This was not quick or easy and should not have happened. Due to their setup I will not be renting from this location again because I do not have the time to be spending here when I move my daughter in and out of college the next school year. I have enough on my plate already those days. Would not recommend them when it comes to renting.

I am disappointed to have been charged a $16 fuel charge fee. I drove this truck 9 miles total. They asked me to park the truck along a building wall and as someone whose doesn't drive these types of trucks often, my main concern was making sure I didn't hit anything. This gas station is on a corner and the conditions are a little tight. I drove right past the gas pump because this is a GAS STATION. I believe it is very logical to presume that a reasonable fuel charge would be added, I.E. current fuel costs of $2/gallon. Since the gas is right there. No 'convenience fee' should apply. It would likely have cost $3 to refuel the 9 miles I just drove. This is not an appropriate charge and I am frustrated that this was done.
