The cab and truck area were really dirty. I had to clean them myself. The cab floor and seats were sticky and the cup holders were nasty. The truck area floor was very dirty with bark mulch and general dirt. I rented 4 dozen blankets. Many of them were wet or to dirty to wrap furniture with.

When UHaul called to tell me my truck wasn't available and that I would have to drive to Springfield I was told that I would get an extra day on the reservation at no cost. When I dropped off the truck I was billed the extra day and the guy told me it wasn't his fault or problem.

I would not because I didn't even get a receipt .they didn't even have a printer on site .how can you charge some one more gas when your on a hill.we even brought it back early.I'm pissed ,if they did other truck rentals I might just use them.I have to call the company itself because they messed my reservation up 2 times.I know I have been way over charged.

Convenience store clerk used laptop to perform transaction, then had to physically connect to printer to print out confirmation. Clerk never told me to do an inspection of the vehicle, he just gave me the keys and said I was good-to-go...pretty shady.

Located on a corner lot with traffic on three sides. The owner spoke little or no english so it was difficult trying to understand where he wanted me to leave the trailer.

When I went to the establishment to pick up my rental it was canceled I didn’t cancel it had to call U-Haul because the man at the pick up location wanted to charge me hundred dollars more than what I registered for online and then said by the way one of the headlights doesn’t work I got to get it fixed and I said you’re kidding I was driving at night with one headlight and this man knew this from the previous renter that’s the honest truth good luck

My wife set up an online reservation and ordered a 10 foot truck and a utility/furniture dolly. We we arrived, the guy had NO idea what he was doing and was pretty much starting from scratch with our order. 30 minutes later and the company never brought us out to the truck to make sure equipment was in there. We arrived at our destination to find no dolly. When returning the truck, he planned my wife for not saying anything and it was put in the order and reservation she made online. He should have READ the order, thats his job!!!

This location, a convieience store, needs top lose its U-Haul Dealer license IMMEDIATELY!!! Worst experience I have ever had!!! Nobody there could help me or verify I had hooked up the trailer correctly as they did not want to close up the convieience store. HUGE liability issue for U-HAUL. No room to park either, very crammed in. I will NEVER EVER tell anybody to use this location, and in fact I will do my best to tell everyone I know to AVOID it at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service in a horrible location.

Would be nice if U-Haul honored confirmed reservations. I had a reservation confirmed for 1 week and when I wenter tp get the trailer it was given to seone else. I had to go an extra 10 miles to get a replacement Very por customer service. Will not recommend u haul if other options available
