Please be mindful that a customer gives the reviews. When they call in for inconvenient problems call the customer to make it right. We do spend our money with your company. Ex. No parking your vehicle on our premises while renting your trucks, when the customer shows up at 11:00 am to be told this. Also, telling the customer you can not be assisted with your rental because you have to get someone else to bring you after 5pm or you cant be assisted, then to be waiting after rushing to get there before 5pm, to sit till 6pm. Then the customer picks up equipment that is full of ants that are biting them on their destination might be something you like to address right then, not tell them to drive 175 miles and let it be the next person problem. This is not great customer service. To be told by customer service that they will upgrade to 20' and be charged for the upgrade because the location had no 15'. REALLY!! Not much you can do now, paid ahead of time and ride that drop you off had left. Can I get recouped for this mishap? Bad business a regardless if its private ower it still has your brand name. I had that as a excuse too. Still needs to be mindful of the customers situation.

The guy at the counter was great and friendly. But it was clear that he didn't know how the online system worked and was surprised when I showed up with the code to get the keys. Otherwise, he was great and we figured it out.

There was trash from previous customer in the U-Haul truck. The RPM's would run up to 3 and 4 while driving on the highway and regular Street which actually takes up more gas. Three times it felt like the truck was not going to start. The alignment seems like it was off, it likes to pull to the right. With all that I still did not get somewhat of a discount and still paid $452. Although the staff is nice and the storage place was very clean I would not rent from them again. They should have compensated me somehow dealing with that truck having that many issues.

Gas was exactly on 1/2 they indicated below half an uhaul charged me an extra 12 dollars. I consider that fraud.

the tires were ball on the vehicle; I went to the original location to pick up the vehicle and it was closed; had to go additional 20 miles to get another uhaul; waited 2 hours going back and forth to pick up and drop off the vehicle. customer service at the main uhaul number is horrible; I will never use U haul again and we rent about 2 times per month. I will find another provider.
