no they were way too far from where we lived and the guys working there weren't friendly. There weren't enough people running the place so we kept getting put on hold for him to ring other customers up.The gas was overpriced as well at $2.31 a gallon compared to $2.17 at Fry's

I told the guy I wlneeded 24 hours he put me down for 7 hours. I had to rent another truck the next day. This is absolutely ridiculous I had to pay 2 times. I am in the process of a complaint

My reservation was cancelled two days before my pick-up due to somebody else needing the vehicle I reserved. I was unhappy with how the rescheduling was done. There was no concern for what time I could pick up the vehicle or how close the new location was to the original. I had to demand looking into closer locations. The one I had to use was 5 miles out of my way. Saying as I was charged for each mile, I was very displeased with how my reservation was handled by uhaul. The staff at this location were very helpful and had nothing to do with the company's mistakes.

I made this reservation online. I chose a different drop off location but was told it had to be returned to the same location. I also selected a two day rental but the receipt called for three. Info within the company should be consistent .

The rep was busy and was the only person on duty at that time, after I signed the paperwork he handed me the keys and said go find the truck. Upon getting home I opened the rear door to find the bag of blankets open and the broken zip tie on the floor. I didn't need or use them but was charged for them even after I disputed with the gentleman. if the vehicle was inspected upon the last return or if someone took me to the vehicle and inspected it this would not have happened. This can't be normal delivery procedure. Thanks

Staff was very friendly and helpful, problem is the computer system was very slow, it took 45 minutes to get the equipment (I was the only person renting @ that time. Note to IT this is unacceptable your supporting a fortune 500 company customers should not be waiting this long. I would recommend this location, but would have to warn future renters that it may take a while to get their papers in order.

I did not like the fact that the dolly and pads take up space in the square footage of the truck. If you move it to use space you have to paid for.... Your charged. Not cool. This is not the locations issue but uhauls issue.



When making a reservation I was told I needed the exact address, not just a city. They said they would hold the reservation until I could get that information, but when I called back with it there was no reservation. When we picked it up the man helping us was not organized, took almost an hour because he kept leaving to help other customers even though there were other employees there, and treated us very rudely. He was the same man who messed up the reservation. We will not be renting here again and certainly won't recommend it.

I would recommend to improve the check in and out process at this location the company should give the hard working young man that was working Saturday April 29th at 8:00 p.m some help.. He is really trying his best and some customers get impatient, rude or walk out of the store..
