We drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the trailer we were renting , we got about a 1/2 from where we were picking up and got a call that it was not at that location we had to go to another place and get it !!!!! They were going to send us the direction on how to get to the place and never did! Needless to say we were not happy with any of this as the night before they called to confirm it and they we get the call it was not where it was told it would be!!!!! Not so sure we would use U-Haul again! The place where we did pick it up was a nice little country store and the owners were very nice to us even though we were not happy at all !!!!!!!

If you rent a trailer for 24 hours the cost is a set price, if you go over 24 hours at all you get charged for a whole extra day, I brought back trailer 3 hours early . It would be nice to be charged for the actual use of the trailer , if you bring back early you should be charged according , this is a uhaul thing, has nothing to do with where I rented the trailer , I am very happy with the place I rented trailer.



The 800 U-Haul # was very helpful in explaining my on-line booking and compensating me for the additional mileage of me having to drive 40 miles out of the way just to pick it up.

My confirmed reservation was at a full service U-Haul location in my town. 2 days before my scheduled rental, I was informed that I had to go out of state to pick up the vehicle, but I would receive credit for the additional miles. Woody's self storage did not have any of the additional equipment or moving supplies I needed, and the contract I was offered was for a different drop-off point and a shorter than reserved time. I refused, and the original timeframe and drop-off location were re-instated. U-Haul can improve by providing reasonable customer service, meeting its contractual obligations, and assume responsibility for operations management instead of expecting the customer to move your equipment around for you.

I am very happy with the service at Woodys and the service I received from the customer service at Uhaul......HOWEVER; I had originally rented a 20 ft from Rudy Passeri in East Canton...I had reserved it on Monday may 21st...we needed it for may 26th and on Friday may 25th Uhaul called and said that Passeri's had called them and cancelled cuz they weren't going to b available. ...I don't blame Uhaul at all but I don't think that theyou should b able to just up and cancel the night b4 just cuz they were going away...we then had to settle for a 10 ft from Woodys which made our move very stressful. ..we had to use 8 vehicles as a result ....I don't understand how Passeri's can rent them out if they do this to ppl....we r not the first ppl they have done this too



Why are you sending me conflicting emails about my contract? My return time is 4/29/ at 630 pm the second email you sent says earlier time?
