Make sure mileage out was properly match

The dolly secure was missing a nut and had it been secured we would have had to move it to load the van with our own dolly. Please consider moving that whole thing to parallel with the sides of the van so if someone has their own dolly, they can use it freely.

Have another employee outside helping you find the right truck. We started out looking for a 20' truck and he just pointed out the window to show us a line up of two trucks right in front of each other but we misunderstood and ended up looking at the 26' trucks and couldn't get the keys to work before we realized there was another row of smaller trucks that had our truck in it.

limited pick up hours .3 hrs on a saturday and you dont open til 9am. . the online check in beforehand is a joke..they ask all the same questions you already answered. they have a line of 12 people waiting to pick up their truck and 1 person to check everyone in.took way too long.espcially when you reserved it 5 months in advance and they didnt have all the packing blankets i reserved 5 months ago. i got pile of 4 blankets off the floor and got charged for 12 even the guy said he wouldnt charge me for them... This is a BAD U haul location .will never use it again ever.

First off I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your company After I told the salesperson (Uhaul corporate )on the phone what I needed she gave me a price. We got disconnected before setting the appointment. I called back and got another sales person , again I told them all that I needed and she told me the price dropped. I was happy thinking I got a good deal. Got a call back from the pickup location on time and date for the truck and equipment I show up at the location 5 mins earlier than my appointment and the location is closed. I called location and went to voice mail. I waited 35 mins before anyone came to check me in. Never got an apology for waiting and then I find out that the discounted rate I got over the phone the second time I called was not true and paid the original price. To top it all off , obviously they can not count, because I was missing 6 furniture pads when I arrived at the drop off location and was charge for them I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES EVER AGAIN

People were nice enough but equipment had no jack so you have to pick up off the ground and for someone by themselves it was impossible and even a grown man barely got it. Web sight led me to believe someone would be there when I dropped off and although it was closed made it sound as if 245 was the latest return possible. Not sure why it matters if no is there to check you in or help getting it back off hitch.

There were multiple things that caused delays in my move. Nine if which were due to uhaul or this location. Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and understanding. I did have a problem with my original request of time and place being change automatically from a Saturday in one town to a Friday in another. After many calls this got remedied though and all was good. I have always used uhaul and will continue to as the need arises
