Paperwork was mismatched not just for me but for the person in front in me. I was billed for two days due to the website having issues when I tried returning the vehicle Saturday night. Top it off the vehicle we reserved was not available and I was downsized because they didn't have another. All in all this was a horrible experience, never again.

Tammy the supervisor at the gladestone location is a rude person that lacks customer service skills. I called to get gas reimbursed when I was provided a truck with half a tank and the paperwork advised the tank was full. I paid to fill the tank as I returned the vehicle after hours and didn't want to get in trouble and merely was calling to get the gas charge reimbursed. Tammy is an unsuitable manager, would not provide her last name and despite having proof of overpayment would not provide same. This place and supervisor are unprofessional and Tammy should not employed at his location.

The paperwork said the tank was full, the lady wouldn't come out of the office since they were about to close to walk around the truck and check the same. I traveled 12 miles that day and had to pay 23 dollars in gas to fill it to fill. I took pictures of the tank gauge, mileage and had my gas receipt and they would not reimburse me for the extra charge. Worst experience and poor customer service

Make sure the windows are clean of all "bug juice". Also I was required to return filled to 3/4 of a tank, when I picked it up it only had 1/2 a tank barely.

Neil was unprofessional and condescending. The parking is terrible, after driving halfway across the country, sweeping out the cabin and cargo hold, you would assume a receipt or something for drop off would be issued but all we received was Neil's attitude. We will not be using this location again. I don't need smoke blown up my rear, but a basic level of customer service and professionalism was expected.

There is no way I used that many miles and I put back in where gas was and they still charged me for gas. Had to wait 35 min to get it the place was totally understaffed.

I planned to pick up my truck before the facility opened. I called the day before to make sure everything was set up. Upon arrival, there was no record of my reservation in the online system. I ended up paying my moving helpers for the two hours it took for the facility to open and create a new reservation for me. The "24 hour" phone number for the facility was not answered. On top of that, the employee at Arrowhead Self Storage was rude, nasty, and condescending. I cannot recommend them at all.

The vehicle I was assigned to was EXTREMELY loud! When I mentioned it to the person at the location, he informed me someone has attempted to steal the catalytic converter and he had not yet had a chance to have it fixed. But, he said, it runs just fine. True, it did run fine but I was deaf for 2 days after using the vehicle! I feel that truck should not even have been considered rentable! I have used U-Haul and only U-Haul for every move over the past 30 years and have never had such a miserable experience. I am going to be moving my daughter in the next few months and am seriously going to look at other options. I certainly did not appreciate being stuck with this vehicle.

The location was great but when I called in to find out where my truck was going to be, the woman on the main Uhaul call center was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I may start looking to another truck rental company in the future. Customer service in all areas of business is extremely important to me. I was very disappointed in the call center.

Charge me for the correct amount. I only drove the rented uhaul truck 18 miles. However, when my bill was emailed to me I was charged for driving 61 miles. I contacted the uhaul location I rented from immediately and they transferred me to customer service. I am still currently waiting to hear back if the charges have been corrected. This is a unnecessary inconvenience for me and should have been handled at the time I called to let them know I was overcharged for the rental.
