Make sure customer service doesn’t stop at drop off. I pre-reserved a dolly the day before in phx to deliver a car one way to Tucson for $45. When I got there I was informed that the uhaul agent had went home early and the person whom had set up the reservation should have informed me. I talked the mechanic on duty to help me finish my rental. I dropped the car in Tucson and delivered the trailer early the next day as agreed. Then I was informed I would be paying $126 which is almost 3 times the amount I was quoted. I talked with the salesman whom couldn’t help me the talked to the floor manager then another on the phone all whom couldn’t help me. The manager on the phone said since there were not any notes on my paperwork there was nothing he could do. So after waiting 45 min at both places I still walked out paying almost 3 times as much as I was quoted. I am currently waiting for Monday to try and get some sort of refund on what I was over charged.

2 guys behind the counter ignored us when we stood there waiting to return truck. Finally the one guy said ONE word to us, in a very frustrated tone.....,”Keys”....and he held his hand out!! We handed him the keys & he never said another word....just turned around & walked away. The other guy continued to ignore us as he stared into his computer. Finally the first guy came back in & said “ok” to the guy at the computer. He printed out our receipt & handed it to me without a word!! VERY RUDE & IMPERSONAL..... TERRIBLE customer service (if you could even call it “customer service”...????)

The self check out is very hard to use, the app had issues, we had to wait multiple times to speak to a phone rep. If every i isn't dotted and t crossed, it will not work. We had an issue because there was not a zero in front of the number 1 on a date. It took an hour and 20 minutes just to get the truck. Then there were only 5 of the 24 furniture pads that were supposed to be there. I was also charged an additional $11.00 to pick it up, and I have no idea why. I have been to busy moving to spend the time on the phone with them, yet again, to ask about it.

They forgot to include blankets that I paid for, the truck rode terribly, and we had to wait almost an hour and a half to pick up the truck because of a computer problem.

Did not have the trailer i ordered on line. Didn't call me to tell me that they didn't have it then have me the wrong address to pick up the trailer. They told that they sold that location and really didn't care about my business because they just lost their job. I ended up spending 2 hours to get a trailer that i reserved online a week before. I should have gotten a discount for the trouble i had getting a trailer

It would have been nice to know there is a drop off box at the location we were taking to drop off the truck. We weren't sure what we would see since it did not open until 1100am and we were to drop off the truck at 0745.

I used the truck for less than 5 hours and just got a bill for 2 days. They said their credit card machine was down and they would email me my receipt. They said my bill would be $80.33 and just got receipt for $123.33. Please follow up, (602) 565-9197

Person not available at drop off. Next day I received email with over $300. In overcharges. I had to drive back to location and ask for recheck on mileage. Error corrected and refunded overcharge. Unprofessional and undue stress and inconvienent.

Your 24/7 pickup system with a phone is way too many steps! All the pages, picture taking, etc. I would much rather wait in line.

Improvements: We had requested 1/2 dozen blankets. We got to our storage unit, opened the door and discovered we had none. We just happened to have a couple in the unit, but could have used those instead. And when I swept it out, well, we didn't get all that stuff in just a short trip. However..... I must say when we arrived to pick up the truck this morning, the guy handling the transaction told us we would be saving a lot of money if we could bring the truck back to that same location. So, his honesty, and wanting to do what was right for the customer, to me, was HUGE!! You don't find that many places anymore. We will be using a Uhaul again soon, and I know who's getting our business! Hey, when all is weighed and balanced, West Olive Exxon Uhaul wins hands-down! Vicki Bouchard - - 7/15/2017

This is a vey old gas station / auto service location. It is not clean and tidy by any means. The restrooms were of the type you would rather hold it than use them.

I was overcharged and have not been contacted by the owner to correct it. it was dirty, and not well maintained. there was graffiti on the truck, and I was told not to check the van in online, it all seemed poorly run.
