Equipment was not at location. Had to drive to other locations to get what we were guaranteed would be there. This location is not an actual uhaul place so staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about what to do.

Just need to make that a lock box is better retrievable. I thought I had to go to my email to except my responsibility for the truck and couldn't get back to get to the lock box code. And how to return the truck via smartphone if necessary.

I came in at closing and almost everyone was gone. They staff came out and unhooked my trailer and parked it for me. I was so exhausted and thank you.

Dropped truck off after hours.

I dropped it off past closing time. Not too much of a problem, but some more signage might be helpful to know exactly where to go.

The guy who checked me in did not seem to be well trained. I had to ask him to go to the website to see if 17' trucks were available. Driver's side windshield wiper was smearing so bad you could not see out the windshield. Lucky it stopped raining. Very dangerous!
