A sign with more specific directions for finding the office (well hidden in a corner of a large bowling alley) would be an improvement. And I had ordered 10 blankets to protect the chairs I was picking up, and they "hadn't come in yet, " but nobody warned me in advance. The woman in the office was able to scrounge up some discarded ones, and I supplemented with some I had at home, but advance notice would have been appreciated.

The pick up process took a long time. You should better warn customers about that & tell them to figure an extra 20 minutes- 1/2 hour for the process.

The online verification process was not simple and painless, and the people at the Cove did not help the situation. It took me an hour to get the van that I only needed for 2 hours. I'd suggest the picture verification, but it seems that the phone call verification was useless. Anyone can lie for you... and my issue was that none of my contacts were picking up the phone. That isn't something I can predict. This portion of the process prolonged my access. Additionally, the keys weren't even in the box that I was given the passcode to. Again an issue. I'm not sure I will ever use this system again. I prefer a person.

I would not recommend UHaul. The advertisement for $19.95 is extremely misleading. Try $79.95 for 6 hours not including mileage. When I booked online I entered the appx mileage and the rental still said 19.95. Imagine my surprise when instead of about $80 it was $128! Totally disappointed and will go with the local guys next time.

It took at least forty minutes to fill out the necessary forms for taking out the van and there were a ton of issues. We returned the van 24 hours after we got it but we’re charged for an extra day.

The office is a bit dark and disorganized but the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only issue with the truck is that none of the USB ports worked and the radio didn't tune in well.

I am furious with UHaul. As you see, I reserved a truck, and, after all my plans had been made and men hired, you cancelled and gave me a smaller truck, which did not fit everything, which meant time wasted trying to pack in as much as I could, AND I had to make a second trip. Very disappointing. The $50 discount came nowhere near making up for the time and money it cost me to move everything. Bad

The questionnaire is limited and does not allow for any truth or value to be shared with your corporation. The COVE U-Haul franchise owner was very helpful but your system of renting on line was deplorable and less then useful. I booked the vehicle to be picked up at the COVE ( Great Barrington at 7:00 AM) This facility did not open until 9:00. Your system redirected me to Pittsfield where there was no cell service so I was unable to collect tvthe car from the franchise I did not want to rent from. If you would like more negative facts about your program and systems feel free to give me a call. The lady at the COVE franchaise was understanding and helped me as best as she could . My rating for tour organization is 2/10 and I will not be using it again.
