Have the equipment ready as ordered. This was a terrible process. And when your rep called the manager to tell him that the carpets were not here. He simply said to bad. Come to a different location and get them. The check in was horrible because he was arrogant. He also screwed me on the rate after an hour it was not at all what was quoted. He was a joke The whole process was terrible with I hail in general.
