Billed twice for mileage, paid cash and then my card was billed.
My problem is with customer service, they were rude and unwilling to help. I was finished with my truck early and asked if I could return it early for credit. In my opinion it would help both uhaul and me. I was told NO so the truck sat for two days with nobody using it ir renting it. Rules are rules but there are different circumstances everyday, customer service people should be willing and able to help, not be RUDE.
I will not be using Uhaul ever again and will be advise anyone of my experience.
