Our experience was horrible. Our equipment wasn't available where we had arranged it to be. The person at the smoke shop who was checking us out waited on other customers during the time she was also waiting on us. We where there way to long and we had people waiting on us to help us move. She couldn't find the right key and sent us out three different times to "try" each one until one worked. I booked everything online but when we got there she redid everything and when it was all over everything was wrong. She had us down to only have the truck one day and so they wanted to charge us an ungodly amount for the equipment! I spoke with a manager who basically said it was my fault. He said he was going to fix it as far as the charges went and I just got my credit card statement with two charges that equal almost $500! Not what he told me!! I will never use this company again!

When I arrived the attendent waited on me but because this place was also a convenent store she told me to wait and took care other customers first. I waited thru about 8 customers til she finally finished with me. Also there was extra charges that was in the computer that I did not want and she said she could not take it off. I persisted she do. She finally did. I was not going to pay for something I did not need or want. I was disappointed.

I spoke with a young woman named Angie who was the epitome of poor customer service. Seriously, I could not be any more displeased with how terribly my interaction with this person went. She called about the amount of gas in the truck (which was more than what we'd GOTTEN the truck with) and I let her know that my husband had taken care of the rental. She cut me off, saying "yeah, I called him and he didn't answer." So I told her that I am happy to help, and started to recount what I knew about the gas level. She cut me off again, telling me that I had 30 minutes to "figure it out" before she charged me $60 for the missing gas. I told her that she was being quite rude to me, and she denied that, then hung up on me. I called back three consecutive times and the phone was never answered, then the phone line went busy for 10 minutes. I called back from my cell phone again and someone picked up and hung up... twice. Then I called from my work number and a male answered the phone and said "thanks for calling Domino's Pizza." I had called the correct number, 615-863-2084, yet the man insisted I'd reached Domino's. I told him that I would like the name of the woman I'd spoken to earlier, as well as the manager's name. He hung up on me. I waited ten minutes, then called back. The same man answered and I asked him to not hang up on me again. I asked him why he would say "thanks for calling DOmino's" and he claimed that he works for them part-time and it was an accident. He also told me that Angie had "walked out," and that the manager was out on an errand. My husband went to the Greenbrier Quickstop within 7 minutes of that call and Angie was standing at the desk. She proceeded to argue with him about the gas, stating that the fuel light was on. My husband advised that it was on when he got the truck, we went exactly 10 miles in said truck, and then put $10 in fuel back into it (at $1.99/gallon, it got 5 gallons). So, unless the truck only gets 2 miles to the gallon, there was more gas than what we started with. Angie tried to give him the number for UHaul customer service and he let her know that he had already called. She then told him that there would be no $60 charge. Again, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any service-related purchase across any industry. No professionalism and no tact.

This location is primarily a liquor store. The woman behind the counter was incredibly busy with store customers and seemed unfamiliar with the U-Haul software. This resulted in an hour and a half or longer wait until the U-Haul people on the phone managed to get things in order and we could leave. I suggest either dedicated U-Haul people at these locations, or better training for store employees on the U-Haul software. The lady was very kind and none of this is her fault, I think we were all a victim of circumstance. The equipment I rented performed magnificently and I was able to return it before the store closed. So in the end, all was wonderful. But, while we were waiting to rent the equipment, time was ticking by & I was getting antsy as we were burning daylight.

I was charged 14.00 for fuel but explained they are parked on a hill that the furl gauge is correct, also the truck has a big oil leak that got on my new drive way

I gave all my information when I made the reservation but yet the clerk had to ask me all that information again why did U-Haul not send that information to them

agent said my card was declined. I called the bank they said he put in the wrong number. I ordered 2 dozen blankets. Most of them were wet and frozen.
