Everyone was personable! Although they charged my card in error @ pick up which was quickly resolved by customer service.

Stopped by to pick up vehicle. Employee handed me the key and that was it. No safety inspection and no check off list done. Started the truck up and the fuel gauge was on Empty.I went back in and since I was already checked out nothing could be done. Dropped vehicle off yesterday and received bill through email and charged another $8.50 for fuel. I returned it on E. Not sure what's going on with UHAUL but this was not a great experience.

Got to this location because the other location changed my scheduled time and did not inform me. At this location the first truck did not start. Then when we changed trucks, the paperwork was wrong based on the gas in the tank and the amount of miles. When my final receipt came, the mileage was not corrected and I was charged for 10 additional miles. This location and the AFM Storage location gave me such a bad day that I will now consider other rental truck companies when I have always been loyal to U-Haul.

This location failed to provide me with instructions for how to hook up my auto transporter to the 10' truck ( and would not help me when I asked for assistance ), failed to clean the cab of my vehicle prior to use , failed to check tire pressure ( I had to fill tires from psi to 70 psi at a local gas station) , failed to check oil ( oil warning light came on). They had the worst customer service I've ever seen . I would highly recommend using a different location !

The only issue we have is that the return place we were told we had to return the truck to was out of the way. It was 15 mins away from where we moved our daughter into campus uncg. We actually passed 2 uhaul places on the way to where we had to return the truck. One of the places was one Street over however we had to drive 15 mins and pass two other locations to return the truck. We did tell where we were going with the truck and also the address of the college. It would have been a lot easier and less time consuming to return the truck at a different location.
