The truck I had was so bad it shakes and wobbled and felt as if it was dragging the whole ride and I put forty dollars in gas in it before I dropped it off and the needle did not move so the U-Haul place charged me an additional 50 to put it from a 1/4 of tank to a 1/2 a tank

This location was suppose to be open until 7pm but when we arrived they we're closed but there was a guy there that said he watches over the building and he would park the truck for us. Now Uhaul is trying to charge me a $49 refuel fee for gas but had someone been there they could have checked in the truck while I was there and verified that the truck had the correct amount of fuel in it which was a little over 1/4 terrible service overall I'll never use uhaul again

This location was at a car repair location. It did not look clean. No one was there. The parking lot looked sketchy. We were not sure if we should really leave the truck there. There was a better/more convenient drop off location for us and the UHaul representative in Charlotte did not tell us that. It is my understanding that your system is capable of locating pickup and drop off locations based on travel plans. We will use UHaul again. However, if we cannot use the Albermarle Road location, we may choose another vendor. If we use your service for a one way trip again, we will be sure to specifically ask for the closest drop off location.

The place was not very clean/inviting at all, no one was inside/available when we got there (but we didnt have to wait very long). He charged my card $40+ dollars for gas and 5 blankets. I didnt realize we still had the blankets and the gas line was on the line that was agreed upon (I have a photo from the time of drop off) he simply wanted to get over and have me add more to make it go past the line. I called multiple times before anyone would answer. . He said he called before charging my card but his call is the only one that seems to have a problem getting through (because he didnt call) nor did he leave a message. Although my experience with uhaul was chaos from beginning to end, he did allow me to top off the gas and promised a refund so overall all I am satisfied and as long as I receive my refund this was an overall decent experience.

Mobile pickup has to be the most non user friendly process I've ever incurred in my life. I failed the color test because the directions were unclear. Thankfully the guy was able to check me out and his process was way faster than mobile.
