The lady was wonderful and helped as best she could. The uhaul company told me to return round trip over the phone would be an extra $40 but charged me almost $500 extra. I'm on fixed income and slept in that truck 2 nights because the place I was supposed to move into rented out from under me. I'm stuck with a bill that's more than I make in 2 months now because uhaul hidden fees and telling me they'd transfer it to round trip i.stead of one way to help me. Stephanie Peacock 662-379-5006

My problem is with the Jackson office and how quickly they were to charge my card for more money w/o my consent when I was told I could return the Uhaul at a new location but then told something totally different the next day. I went from signing a contract that had $73.87 to now Uhaul trying to get $239 plus out of me. I will be disputing those additional charges and its interesting how a new contract was done up and emailed to me with a Andrea Mixon name next to mine, who I have no idea who she is unless she's one of the two I spoke with over the phone. One whom was very rude and I was rude right back because I work too hard for someone to be able to take my card and charge it for whatever price they want w/o my consent and try to justify it by saying what is when it is unclear. I was planning on renting a trailer to move the rest of my things prior to this deployment but however way I get it there, it will NOT be by Uhaul now, at least not one tied to this Jackson headquarters office. When I used Uhaul in the past, I had a very pleasant experience, but this one made me say that I would never use the service again. I moved things for over 600 miles before by Uhaul and didn't have no mess like this happen. Your lost because I know I am a great customer. Keep doing this to people and you will lose even more in the future. Again, my problem is with the Jackson office... The home office tried to help me resolve this and so did the Rep from Cleveland. The people in Jackson feel like they can just do what they want I guess. Well you overcharged the wrong person this time. And to the lady that kept quoting "the truck say in town" to me on the phone, it also says "One way" and that's exactly what I did and was told I could do. Oh but I get overcharged for a mistake not my own. Something not well explained neither well written b/c I read that contract over and over. I'll be sure to warn others I know about this b/c regardless of what you say different, this is fraud. Thank you Mr. Porter for trying to clear things up. Whoever called me from Jackson this morning, you need to find a new job. Customer service isn't for you b/c you suck at it. I don't think I've ever written such a review and definitely not for Uhaul. I hate one person is causing this negative opionion but the facts of the matter is either your policy need to be reviewed or you need to get rid of her, the lady that called from main office today. l didn't get her name b/c she was too busy running my blood pressure up telling me I dropped the truck off at the wrong location and how I was gone get charged $200 for it. I still have my contract and that's nowhere printed on it. Had I known this was gone happen I would have dropped the truck off back at the original location despite being told that it was no problem to return it at the other location. I was trying to save myself a few bucks but got charged much more! I will think twice before I rent again. I hate to throw the whole company under

No staff was available during my pick up time. Had to call multiple numbers before anyone answered. Also had to wait additional 20 minutes for staff to get to premises
