It is a one man operation & he was not there when I arrived

The pick up was unsatisfactory. The payment took to long. I believe they need more training on the computer.

I didn't rent this, and the one I did rent from you last week was not the correct one I had reserved. I spent 4 hours trying to get a replacement.

The entire placed smelled of smoke when getting there. I got no help hooking anything up. It was a pain trying to get the trailer that was pointed out to me.

We couldn’t find anyone or signs or a Dropbox or where to park the truck. After parking the truck precariously in the fenced in lot with the other U-Hauls, we went to the house in the next lot to see if they knew anything about it And saw a paper taped to the door with a phone number. We called the number and the guy told us to move the truck to the front of the house (which meant Backing out into oncoming traffic and driving it back to the neighboring lot) and to leave the keys in the ashtray. It was a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation.

ITs smells like stale cig smoke, its really awful. The guy working there was struggling on the busiest SAT AM in the year. WHY was he alone working ?????

Took 45 minutes to get paperwork done and I already had the trailer reserved. The first trailer tongue and jack was damaged so that it couldn’t hook up to it. They had to give me another trailer. It was fine. U-Haul’s part was done professionally, but this location needs improvement.

I picked it up ON EMPTY. I drove 2 miles to my house and the light had come on.
