The only issue I had with this location was the associate. She verbally told me I could take the equipment back to any uHaul. When I received drop off instructions and a call from a designated location this was a bit confusing.

Nobody was there to help. Everything is online.we had to take our own picks of the truck with our phone and upload it on my reservation. There was a couple trying to pick up a truck and having trouble. Not everyone has a smart phone.

This Uhaul rental experience was a nightmare! We had a 9am reservation for a 26ft truck. We finally pulled out of the parking lot at 11am. They first assigned us to a truck and told us we were responsible for assessing damage and that was not their responsibility. After seeing a large cracked fender and broken interior light I wanted to check in with the associate. They realized the vehicle had been wrecked and should not have been checked out to me in the first place. They then change me to another truck that was completely dented, scratched and scraped all over. I had to force the associate to do a walk through and put the "circle x stickers" on all the damaged spots. The associate then tried to get away with filing the gas tank as being full when it was actually 3/8 tank. I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes so that could get addressed. After dealing with this for 2 hours, I asked to speak to the owner. He simply blew off my concerns and pushed the blame on Uhaul. Quoting, he said "Uhaul are a bunch of dick heads to work with. This is their fault it takes so long. I only do this because I make good money from renting their equipment." This was probably the most embarrassing operation I have ever rented from and I am a very tolerant person.

There was dried mud in cab and box. Also the “storage” in the door was very dirty. Someone had spilled a drink or something and it wasn't cleaned up. Rolled driver door window down and almost couldn't get it rolled back up.

The truck itself was ok. However, I do have a few issues. I originally asked for 1/2 dozen furniture pads, but did not receive them. However there was a dolly in the truck. I did not need nor use it. It was also located in the front seat of the cab, not in the back of the truck, so that made things a bit cumbersome when I had a passenger. Secondly, I picked up the vehicle at 9:35, and had it returned by no later than 4. I filled out the return online on my phone. This should be the end of the story, however when I received my bill on Monday, I was charged for 2 days. So double for everything, plus a $20 fee for something that did not need to be done since I had already done the return on my phone. What I was expecting to be about $50 turned out to be over $120. Overall, I was not pleased with this experience, and would like to be credited for what was not used in materials and time. Reservation:28857088

I dropped off the truck after hours, so I can't comment on the inside of the location or the staff. The location was convenient and it was easy to park the truck. However, when I went to return the key to the U-Haul secure box, it turned out no one had locked and secured the box. So as I closed the flap, the entire steel box slammed down, smashing into my forearm and causing a large, bloody contusion. Loose keys were all over the place, so after I stopped reeling from pain, I attempted to gather them back into the right spot inside the box and slam it shut as securely as I could. If any trucks mysteriously go missing from this location, my bet would be that's because their employees don't properly secure equipment. In my case, I only sustained bodily harm. If customer service reads this, you can contact me for photographs.

The location is hard to find; I would recommend that you make mention the it is located in the mall parking lot behind Dick's Sporting Goods.

There was however a big problem trying to use the online process and would not work...THANKFULLY this location WAS OPEN ON SUNDAY or I may have not been able to get my truck or move this day!!

The check in and check out was easy to do and the counter associates were very pleasant. However, when we picked up the truck, there was a car tow trailer attached to the back of it. We did not order a car tow and had to go back in to tell them about the trailer. They said just unhook it, it would be okay. The truck should have been checked out and this should have been done before we were given the keys.

I requested a Furniture Dolly on site but the location didn't have one available when I went to pick up the truck. They did find one in the back and let me use it. Otherwise all went smoothly.

Was supposed to pick up at 9 a.m. No one was even there, and did not ooen until 9:15, 8 ti 10 people were waiting, did not get rental until 10:30 a.m. there was no Dolly and I was charged for it there were no blankets the truck was dirty had to go find a dolly. ,no I would not recommend

The online rental experience and equipment was good. But my pickup was scheduled for 9 am. There were 5 other customers waiting outside when I arrived at 8:50, all with early rentals. The employee did not answer the phone or open the store until 9:30, and I did not get my truck until 10:15. I'm glad my move was close and quick because it could have been difficult losing over an hour on my rental time. Employee was also not wearing a mask.
