My fiance picked up the truck and the guy told her to drop it off at any location. We ended up being charged a one way fee when it would have saved us a ton of money to drop it off back at this location, which would have been no problem. He just had her sign and gave her the key and told her to find the truck. A $19.99 uhaul turned into over $135 when it should have been $50. Very dissatisfied.

The only problem was previous driver smoked in the inside smelled like smoke not a smoker at a 1200 mile ride in it

Dropped off truck after hours

I returned the truck early and instead of letting me know there was a problem, I was just charged without any consideration. The stone in the truck was already there.

They didn't walk me to the truck and make sure all of the equipment I rented was there.

Line X employee lacked customer service skills.

The associate in the store forgot to give me a dolly and I had to go back and ask for it. The store person was busy with continuous phone calls and helping other customers who came to buy other stuff from his store. The Uhaul trucks drive really rough and transmission is bad on these trucks. Whenever, the gear shifts, the whole truck would jerk and cause stuff to roll over. The brakes on these trucks are very bad as well. The wheels are rusted as well and are squeaky when u turn the truck. One key thing to notice is how this store tracks fuel gauge when the truck is leased out. They do not maintain l the fuel gauge at 1/4 or 1/2 or 3/4 or full tank. It is maintained at 3/8 and there is no marker on the fuel gauge and obviously the customer ends up filling more gas which is an added cost to the customer. It's a bad customer service tactic, not customer friendly at all. Last but not the Least, the store owner is busy with other stuff they sell at the store and phone calls. They care less for uhaul customers and this lead the store person to forgot to hand be the dally with the truck which I am charged $7 for. Overall, poor experience.
