I spend a lot of miles looking to a place open on Sunday who accept the truck, because the Haines City location at 17 hwy was full and don't accept more trucks. The last drop location was self-serve. Drop the keys on the box and that's it.

The place gave me the feeling I was in a third world village with chickens and birds all over the place, the place being very disorganized and messy. Was told to drop off the rental on the street and proprietor did not go out and look for condition of rental dolly either..which left me uneasy. I got no return receipt either.

The receiver at this location checked in the truck, then proceeded to give me directions over a quarter mile down past a flea market to a back gate enterance, told to take the left road through the gate and park the truck by some trailers and drop the key back at the original tire business. Following his directions, The road was soft sand which make it impossible to turn in and park. The truck was stuck in the sand and a call was made to Rebecca at your dispatch to report. The only pleasant part of this experience was knowing that there was someone with professionalism, courtesy and common sense in dispatch. Rebecca provided sanity through this all.

They didn't keep the trucks on site and you had to go to a flea market several miles down the road. The truck I was picking up was in the wrong location (dropped off at the wrong place) and while he gave me instructions on where it was, I still had to find it and that took more time to do. This is in addition to the fact that the first rental I tried wasn't ready so I had to go 18 miles further to get my truck.

The place was not clean and you have to drop off the trucks a little down the road at a very bad farmer market.

Tyre pressure warning light was on in the vehicle when I used it, and I was charged for a days hire at $79 when I was expecting $19.99. I only used the vehicle for 3 hours max, and did 40 miles. Will check the paperwork better next time.
