Truck was ready. Only 46 of 48 blankets provided. I had contracted for 2 furniture dollys but they were not on hand. They did not know what a furniture dolly was. They wanted to give me a utility dolly or an appliance dolly. To the manager's credit, she tried to find dollys at other U-Hauls but this required me to do more time and travel.

After completing the 24/7 required steps to access the vehicle's key, I was not provided an access code for the lock box. I was instructed to speak with the on site representative. There was no onsite rep. Instead, there was a local phone number to call. I called the number and left a message. After several minutes and help from a mechanic in the tire center, I was able to speak with the representative. This delay was frustrating and wonder how long the delay would have been if the tire center had been closed. I'm not sure why I was not provided the access code during the electronic check in and the representative seems surprised as well.

I was not able to complete the online return for checking the rental back in, due to poor reception, but everything else went good. I had great customer service from Tire World.

Send people to the right location, also don't change the reservation. I never requested for a 10 ft van. The location I was first sent to said they don't rent out trucks or vans. I had to call uhaul all over again and wait till someone change my reservation back. This was two much time waisted. The worst experience ever.

I was overcharged for a day's rental. I returned the truck at 8:25 AM 4/23, no one was on site. I left keys in dropbox. Received bill 9:35AM as checked in that time. Billed four days $180.06 -should have been billed three days $140.11. I confirmed with clerk on Friday that I should return before 9:14AM 4/23 for three day rental. Just went by location, no one is on site. I'm challenging the charge against my card.

We had to replace the drivers side windshield wiper to be able to drive in the rain. When unloading the truck in Missouri it had leaked and damaged several of our boxes.

The site where I rented the trailer at was very good, but the pick up location was terrible. Receptionist was new and couldn't function and the trailers were in a muddy lot. Mine was behind two trailer so I had to help staff move it to where I could hitch up. No guidance or safety checks were made by staff.

Post rental customer service POOR. My father provided his credit card at time of reservation to hold a vehicle. At the location for pickup, I presented my credit card and was informed by the agent that MY card would be charged. This was not the case. My father's card was charged. When he contacted the local merchant and inquired about the reversing the charges, he was directed to the 1-800-goyouhaul number. No assistance could be provided by the agent on the phone at the 1-8-- Customer Center. My father was told he would receive a follow-up phone call from a manger regarding his issue. This was to take place within one hour after his initial inquiry. He called the the customer service Center at approximately 9:15 AM. As of noon, no return call received.

Customer service was excellent. Office was very clean and neat. The last U Haul place I rented from was filthy dirty which its what I expected I was vey pleasantly surprised.
