The uhaul website you're directed to in order to close out the contract is not very intuitive and shouldn't force you to create another password that I'll forget.

As soon as we pulled into the uhaul and parked our truck, there was an employee that yelled at us with an attitude telling us we couldn't park in the uhaul parking lot. We told him were picking up a tow dolly and he got even more irritated and told us we had to park in the cul de sac outside the uhaul parking lot. We again told him we are customers and he informed us it's uhauls parking lot and we can't park in uhaul's parking lot. We moved the truck, as i contemplated going to a different uhaul because of this employees attitude and demeanor. I went inside got my reservation taken care of within 5 min. Right after we parked in the cul de sac we were told to back up to the tow dolly. This guy again told us not to park there so we explained we were told to back up to the equipment we're renting. He got mad and walked away. Meanwhile people parked their vehicles where we were told not to park in the uhaul parking lot and he didn't say anything to them. We were directed to the wrong dolly but didn't find out until we returned it a few hours later. They implied we "grabbed the wrong dolly" like we just grabbed one and i informed them this is the one an employee told us to take and even put it on the truck for us. As soon as we got the "wrong" dolly returned and unhooked said rude employee yells at us again saying we couldn't be parked in uhauls parking lot. Other than the nice lady at the counter this store was horrible.

I was quoted one price and when I arrived to pickup the trailer I was quoted another. I asked the attendant, who seemed to be having a bad day, about it. She said that is the price. I asked if she had any specials or coupons, and I explained the price difference. She had no sympathy. She said she could talk the manager if it was a problem. So I asked her to please do that. She came back and said, that was the price. And that he "remembered the conversation." Asked if I wanted to talk to the manager himself. I agreed. And she got him for me. He came in, with a very aggressive stance. Said that he remembered the exact conversation and that he didnt quote me the wrong price. At this point, I looked at him and explained the conversation I had 20 minutes earlier with him, and he refused to budge on his story or the price. At this point I was disappointed with his response and the service I was receiving. I have been a retail manager for 17 years and would never be that aggressive with any customer. and over the matter of $10, I would not loose a customer. He left and the transaction continued at the higher price. I did inform the customer service agent there that this would be the last time I use their location. She didnt care. So in conclusion, my time at your location yesterday was unsettling and disappointing. I expect a higher level of concern and problem solving than what I experienced yesterday.

Had a flat tire, enroute. Called the help line. Excellent service. Authorized tire replacement , in stead of waiting for hours, for service. Had to pull over in a small town, on I80. Found a tire dealer. Lucked out. They had a proper tire. UHaul reimbursed me, for the tire.

I did the express check in online. When I went to pick up the trailer, I got asked all the same questions I always do. So, there doesn't seem to be any point to it.

This truck should have never been rented out. Tire was blown 30min into drive. A/C did not work. The window weatherstripping needed replaced. It squealed in our ears so loud that you could not hear yourself think. It was a sauna/blowing hot air the entire 12 hr drive. We were drenched in sweat and the hot air blowing on our legs and feet burned the hell out of us.

I had never pulled a trailer before and felt very uneasy about doing so. JB was very helpful, taking time with me to decide on the size and hitch needed. The morning I picked up the trailer, David attached it to my hitch, explaining it all to me. He even took time to go with me on a test drive. This really helped calm my fears. John the general manager also gave helpful advice and I had no problems towing a 6X12 ft trailer 1250 miles.

I had to purchase a towing ball for my pickup truck and I asked the guy what size I needed. He was very helpful except that then I needed a conversion kit for the lights and had to stand in line again to purchase that behind five people. It would have been nice if they would have mentioned it when they checked what size the ball I needed. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to wait in line to purchase it as your employees also waited 20 minutes to hook it up because I had to wait in line. Didn't sound very cost-effective for me and you.

Picked up trailer all was good. Dropped off trailer and no one in or outside. I put trailer back right where I picked it up from. After walking around and looking for someone the lot kid told me to hook it back up and bring it to him with a f-uped attitude.. The trailer was about 50 feet away... So not acceptable. I won't ever go back to that location. Just put me in a very bad mood..And talking to me like that could've ended real bad. Semper Fi... U.S.M.C. retired Vet.

My reservation was reserved for 6 hours, rather than the 24 hour window which I had requested. Due to another booking, I was transferred to another location, where the reservationist again booked me for 6 hours rather than 24, fortunately the second store was able to honor the 24 hour request.
