The location does not get internet service!!! internet is the only way to make a reservation processing the truck was virtually impossible as I had to go outside of the building 10 Paces to pick up service to take a picture of my driver's license and everything else ridiculous the clerk didn't know what she was doing it took almost an hour to complete the transaction for just a pickup pre-registered pickup

My card was charged but when I went to pick up the truck they did not see a payment. I basically paid for the truck twice on that day which led to an unbelievable amount of frustration and held my move up another day. I am still waiting to hear back from the email and call I placed to customer service. I will not use Uhaul again.
It took 30 minutes to get our rental, and this was after we had to drive an hour out of our way to pick up the rental. We were given extra mileage but not a credit for the gas that we had to use to get to our destination. Also, the rental did not have a full tank of gas when we received it. Then we had to drive another 48 miles to our destination-where we had reserved a truck in the first place. When we returned the rental, we filled the gas tank. We spent $25 that we shouldn't have had to spend because of the first location not having the rental we reserved and the tank not being full upon pickup. Very poor customer service.
Understaffed. Waited about a 50 minutes to get talk with someone. She took awhile and did not seem to know what she was doing. Overall took about an hour to get the truck after I already reserved it online, which was supposed to make it a quick pickup. Truck was new and worked good though. Just the hour it took to get the truck messed up my schedule for the rest of the day.
After many attempts, it appears that i got scheduled befor an afternoon rental. I really appreciate their flexibility to give me the day and time requested. Thank you very much!
The dealer did not have access to the system and it took over an hour to book the order over the phone.
The operators was friendly, professional and helpful. He made us feel confident in our choice of using uhaul. The uhaul website was down when we went to check in, and rather than have us delayed he we prepared for it and got us out quickly.
Central scheduling needs to coordinate better with local office. Our online reservation (confirmed by phone) called for pickup at 8:30 a.m. but local office didn't even open until 9 a.m.
website was giving them a problem so I would suggest have that updated...would not take the expiration date of license...they had to enter it 10 times before it took it. Then it took about 5 times for the credit card expiration date to take too.
Web site could use some work: I had to enter same information a few times. Contract agreement came up as an unrecognized format so had to agree to it without reading it. It wasn't clear that the equipment wasn't available at my choice location and it relocated the pickup location to a different one so I had to backtrack. But overall I am a repeat customer and will use them again.
Person where pickup rental was great. The person on phone when confirming a few days in advance was hard to work with as policy of company I couldn't confirm the truck from that location for a day rental as company may rent for a longer time. And wanted me to go rent farther away for one day rent , not really happy with your policy as maybe you should keep more than one truck at location !
Mike the rental agent was a excellent helping person who explained everything, had a servce person hook me up, then mike inspected it and had me sign final papers and waves me off. He even called the next busniess day to see that everything was find. I'll reccomend to all friends.

Improve online reservation system to alert customers that pickup locations, especially one-way rentals, may be further away from their reserved location.
Customer service was superb
My argument is not with the location where I picked up the truck it is with the events that lead up to picking up the truck. I placed my initial order for a 14 foot truck on line and was told that the closest location for pick up was in West Seneca NY when I live in Holland NY (at least 50 miles round trip). I inquired as to whether I could get the truck delivered to the Holland location so I would not have to pay the additional per mile rate. I was denied by a extremely rude CSR when I called 1-800-gouhaul. I am totally disgusted with this policy - as you can see from my order, I drove only 20 miles total with the truck that I rented. Why would I want to pay at least that to get the truck to my home to load? I am totally dissatisfied with my experience with the U-Haul company.
The oil light was on in the truck someone had left their belt in the cab . The gentleman who signed out the truck to me was great helpful and quick to get me in and on my way.
little confidence in such a contracting site....when i dropped off, they never entered the beginning mileage into the computer data base!
