Please call me, 6305250695. Master order number 22059630 We went to the "preferred pick up" location. The woman working was the rudest customer service person I and my son have encountered. The trailer was 30 minutes north, not at the preferred location. Per the email confirmation there is no notice to call on and figure out where to pick up the trailer. I literally drive right by the trailer, and wasted an hour backtracking to get it. When I asked can you confirm it is at this location, the response I got was here's the phone number you can call if you want. Never an apology, not even a good bye when I walked out. It appears to be the staff at west gate security dropped the ball at my expense. They were rude and truly do not care. I am requesting financial restitution for this error.

Well this was a gas station, turned in key to a cashier around 6pm Sunday 2/4/18. I get a call around 3pm Monday 2/5/18, from some woman at airport road mini storage, demanding to know why truck not turned into her by 11am Monday. I tried to tell her where I turned in on Sunday. She threatened me getting charged more, for lying, the told me "fuck off or fuck you" then hung up on me. This woman had no business dealings with me ever. I do not appreciate being yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on. Moving as a single mother is stressful enough and did not need this hostile woman from uhaul calling and stressing me out to the max after an already stressful few days of moving in rain, not able to get much help. This happened yesterday and my anxiety is still over the top from this woman's phone call to me. Did not, and do not feel like a valued customer whatsoever with uhaul . She told me she is "protective of her customers and her trucks" Well, I WAS a customer. I will from now on never use or recommend Uhaul to anyone. I will share my experience, and encourage them to use a more professional business that actually cares about their customers best interests.

Location could not process paperwork. Went back 2 days later still could not process the paperwork. Went back yesterday and discovered an extra $200 had been charged to my credit card. Neither location knows how the fix the problem even though they agree I was over charged. Since Your people can't fix the problem I have told the credit card company not to pay U Haul . I selected furniture dollys to rent with a trailer. When I arrived I was given a confirmation page showing I had selected utility dollys. Come to find out. The location didn't even have the equipment I selected in stock. I was moving a piano... How exactly was a utility dolly supposed to help?

Maybe you should consider partnering with someone who runs a storage unit in the city where the vehicle is being returned. Also, when I was given the allotted mileage, it was from the pickup point to the drop off point, not to the house where I was moving or the storage unit. This service is a real rip off otherwise. You set people up to be charged more than the stated price at the beginning of the rental because of this.

Your Website said this location opened at 9am. I walked there and found a home made sign stating it opened at 9:30 on Mondays. My reservation was for 9am to 5pm. So someone should've been there or my reservation should've NOT given an option for pickup at 9am. I took a picture of the sign if proof is required. Other than that everything else was Great.

The person who took my truck was someone who worked at the gas station. He was extremely friendly. But he was smoking the entire time he was checking in the truck. And out it out right in front of the door of the gas station before entering to talk to me.

I reserved a Uhaul and was assigned to pick up at the location on Rock Creek Rd. in Hot Springs. Upon driving all the way out there, I was informed that my truck was not in stock and asked to drive back across town to the Central Ave. location for a truck. That put me about an hour behind schedule for my move. After I finally got the truck, the experience was fine. But next time I will go through Budget.
