First of all the location that I selected did not have my truck which confused me since they allowed me to schedule a truck at that time at that location. So, therefore I had to go to another location that was an additional 5 miles from my house. However, scheduling did give me 50 free miles but no discount on fuel for the extra miles. Upon arriving at the other location, 2420 Louisiana, Houston, TX, the assistant manager on duty was with another customer. Not once did she greet me or let me know she will be with me shortly. When it was my turn she was very rude and unhelpful. I explained my situation about why I was at this location and that I was granted free extra miles she looked annoyed and said didn't know how to add the free miles and that it wasn't in my notes and then I had to call uhaul and I got Devin from scheduling on the phone. So Devin told me tot tell the asst. manager that it was added into my notes and then the asst. mgr yelled, " I told you I don't know how to do that transaction" I couldn't believe that she just yelled at me and with Devin from scheduling on the phone. So asked Devin did she hear her scream at me and she said yes. I immediately asked the asst.mgr to call her mgr but the manager didn't answer. I was floored that this woman was the asst. mgr who was yelling and acting rude and being very disrespectful to me. I had to tell her that I am the customer and how are you yelling at me. Not once did she apologize, she needs to be fired immediately. Lastly, upon receiving my contract I didn't see the credit of miles so I called uhaul and they said that they would send the location an instant message stating to call me about my free miles. It is the next day and I have not heard from them. So today I received my final bill with still not credit for the miles so I had to call the location and speak with the manager so she said she will investigate and call me back. I am so dissatisfied with my experience with Uhaul and will have second thoughts in using or referring Uhaul for any moving arrangements.

I have booked a Van in Shepherd retail but the van was not delivered on Saturday 9/23 at 8.00 in the morning. I had to call for a change on the rental location This has cost me $31 in Uber to go to that different location and come back at the end. This was a very bad experience.

I reserved a 10' TRUCK and when I went to check in a week later was told I could only get a van. This made my move more stressful with having to make three trips and more costly with mileage. If a customer reserves a 10' truck a week ahead of time and then it should be available at the time of picking it up. HENCE: RESERVATION. Everything else was great. This is the 3rd time I have used this UHAUL location.

On Thursday August 10th at approximately 9:55am we entered the U-Haul at 2420 Louisiana Houston TX 77006 to rent a small truck for a few hours. My dad and I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Patrick Murphy, the only service associate available. Patrick was rude, nasty. dismissive and blatantly biased. On several occasions during our( what should have been 15 min visit) Patrick refused to serve us properly saying that all 4 of our debit/credit cards and driver's license were invalid! He adamantly swore that the systems were 'down' all across the country. We witnessed him serving other clients who not surprisingly, did not look like us. After about a half hour we approached Patrick again asking him to use my dad's credit card. It was finally valid and we got the truck. This is my dad's first time in Houston. I relocated here for work. I am appalled by the demeanor and actions of your associate! I find it horribly terrifying that someone like that has maintained work with U-Haul for the last 8 years. The way 'he' treated us was reprehensible, unacceptable, and incorrigible. This one visit has caused great distress and ill feelings toward the U-Haul brand.
