Seemed to me that the Check In process to hurry to get the truck is useless. The truck was Filthy covered with Bird Shit as well as the interior was full of stains.

Did not do a walk around of vehicle to make sure there was no previous damage before I took over responsibility of van. This has happened with previous rentals at different locations.Luckily nothing was there, but a little out of procedure. Everything else was pretty straight forward. Nothing marking it as exceptionally bad or good.

The service person in the morning was extremely rude. When I dropped it off, that employee was very nice and friendly. The furniture covers and dolly that were put in the UHaul in case I wanted to use it was in the way and extremely annoying. I understand why you guys put that there, in order to make some more money when people realize they need it. But I didn't and it took up valuable space I needed to use.

I made a reservation including a furniture dolly. When i got to pickup my van I was informed no dollys were available. Ended up having to buy a dolly from the store sincw I had no way to do my move without it. Even if the website cant track dolly's inventory the staff should know and get one ahead of time or at least let me know. Once I show up ready to start moving have no option but to pay an extra $20 to buy one. At least I hope it was not done on purpose to force me to buy.

I called to see if the store was open. I needed to use a truck For 1 hour to transport a piece of art that would not fit in my car. I called and asked "are you guys still open" and the worker said "no, this is a recording". He then said "what do you want" and "are you sure you will be back by 3:30". Total attitude. Same attitude when I got there. I used the car for 40 min. Could have been handled so differently. Really uncomfortable. Especially on Christmas!

Rented 10' moving truck. Seems like order was taken by a centralized sales / service facility who provided incorrect info on the specific location. This seems very avoidable. Was renting for the afternoon and they informed me upon order the drop-off time was 6pm. Plenty of time. Also, expected to drive there, leave car, then return and pick up car. After placing the order (presumably entering into a contract) I got a call from the local store that a) their last drop-off time was 4:30pm and they don't support after-hours drop off. They offered to let me keep the truck overnight but didn't have a good answer for what do I do / where to park a uhaul truck overnight... b) the location didn't have parking so I would need to be dropped off. Neither of things are a huge problem individually, just should have been told on the front end before completing the reservation rather than 30 minutes later via a separate phone call. Seems like a simple communication / information fix.

Ashlyn and Chris were excellent and provided great and awesome customer service. I would go back just to do business with them again. They were very friendly and handled all my needs. I was in there previously and did not get the same experience from the other salespersons who were rude and disgusting and disrespectful, but Chris and Ashlyn made a great impression. Awesome job Ashlyn and Chris keep up the great job.
