Th person at the front desk was incredibly Lot kind. However I was worried because she told me “just drop off the keys in this box when you’re done.” When I went to do that, I received an email saying I needed to fill out something online while I was there at the location. I tried emailing the email address provided and it didn’t work. Moving is frustrating enough, and I was sad to have that experience with UHaul.

Agent was “away” at time of pick up. Sign on door said agent on premises, please call xxx-xxx-xxxx. Agent answered and I was rudely told, “well I had no pickups scheduled so you have time wait. Waited 20 minutes for return. Van smelled like horse manure. Won’t ever use this location again.

Online reservation was to drop off the truck and car hauler at the same location, but on the scheduled return day, the drop off location abruptly declined to accept the car hauler. The location made minimal efforts to address the situation, simply giving the address of another nearby Uhaul location that might accept the trailer. The second location did not have room for the trailer, and recommended a third Uhaul location. On the way to the third location, I saw another Uhaul provider, and when I stopped to ask for help, that provider gladly directed me into his lot to receive the drop off. Before I left the trailer, I confirmed the change to the contract using the telephone on the contract I received when I picked up the truck and trailer. The confusion would have been avoided if during the booking process it had been clear that Private Mini Storage would not receive the trailer. No where during the process did any of the locations offer to call either Uhaul or another location to confirm where the trailer could be dropped off.

This location is excellent but it's not where I had done my booking. U haul switched it, i guess due to availability issues but I was not given any explanation, only the automated text message advising me to pick up the van here.

Make sure vans are non smoking, the van smelled of smoke. charge customers a cleaning fee if they smoke in a van

Maybe U-haul can deliver what a customer actually reserved especially if it's NOT customer's fault. I reserved a van at the Voss location, but later got sent to the San Felipe location because their van broke down per Uhaul rep. Sure it's not the rep's fault, but was it my fault as the customer? Surely not. Then why is it that I the customer has to be the one inconvenienced ? How about delivering that van from San Felipe to Voss location? Sure it's not convenient to Uhaul, but again, if you're looking to improve CUSTOMER service, isn't that the better option?

My original location was dirty, had cats inside their facility (and I’m highly allergic) and made me wait 30 minutes before they told me they didn’t have a truck for me. They sent me to another location which put me one hour behind my schedule. I will never use UHaul again.

Even thought the inside of the truck was not as clean as I would the service was Fabulous. The costumer service rep was very professional and made sure things were explained and understood before letting us leave the facility. Thank you miss Linda

I was quite surprised to find a Fuel charge on my bill for 1.x Gallons of fuel.. The truck was drive a total of 7 miles.
