We did not go inside, or invited inside. Only one worker, small language barrier...no receipt, but attendant signed our contract that he received the rental.

Reserved a 6x12 trailer on the 22nd of August at the last minute they tell me it is not available got sent 20 miles away 3 times, said they could not find me one, I had reserved one, this was a horrible mess, planned on leaving by 3 pm, did not leave until after 7pm. The pick up point was a tire shop and some guy who could not speak English or knew what he was doing.

my pickup time was for 8 am, the owner was not there and had to reschedule for 10 am pick up. Then 3 days later I receive a invoice for extra $125.00 for missing dolly. All equipment was returned with the truck and I was not made aware ahead of time before my card was charged

When I checked put my equipment the guy could not even tell me why my charges were quoted differently. I returned the equipment a day before I initially put down and called to verify they had closed my contract out and the gentleman told me yes he had noticed the trailer was there when he got there and yes he closed it out. Here I am a whole day later and it was just checked in. I deal with uhaul at least 2 times a year and my experiences are getting worse. I would not rent from this location again. I don’t have the time to spend on hold and waiting for someone to call me back when it should have been completed teh correct way when I called.

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and courteous. The computer and or the program wasn’t functioning so he had to call out to get help and approval. He handle the situation well but Uhaul really doesn’t have an excuse for the glitches.

To start off, my scheduled time for pick up was 12:15 pm and i had to wiat until almost 1:00pm before i was helped. Once i was helped the guy who was helping me, had no clue on how to do his job and seemed to be confused. Then he explains to me that the truck i am scheduled to pick up, has absolutely no fuel in it. He calls his boss and his boss tells him to give me 25 dollars in cash so i can put fuel in it. As i expected, upon return they charged me a 22.21 dollar fee for fuel, and the truck actually had more fuel in it than when I put has the first time. I called to the location to question the fuel fee, and the guy was very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was unavailable and I had to call back later. I asked to be contacted by the manager via phone, the employee took my number and hung up on me.

I this was a horrible experience for me because I had to pay for equipment I did not receive, told it would be reported as stolen or I can just pay for it. There was a 3 hour delay with the move due to dealing with this situation of the auto transportor. Unnecessary problems with the bill. I received a BIG headache from UHaul. No compensation on the bill, just a statement that your company will use this situation as a training tool in the future. Really, at this point I think it’s best to use your compitetion. So disappointed in U Haule service and professionalism.

I was over charged and I have papers and pictures to prove it but Uhaul worker told me the computer control everything ''REALLY'' I'm not using them they charge for every little thing.

The guy working the shop didn't give me my receipt or any sort of contract documents so when I went to drop off the truck there was a bit of a panic because apparently he was supposed to.

The trailer we rented came unhooked after we left the facility. We were on the freeway, in the rain. We could have been seriously hurt and our vehicle could have been severely damaged. Worse experience of our lives. Check in took over an hour. Rental facility was unsafe.
