Truck had cosmetic damage, but performance was great. Sign for temporary office was unavailable, but representative was present and directed us. Didn't explain about usage of equipment located in truck. Friend had to inform us of fees that would incur if we decided to use any of them. Service was very satisfactory.

Samuel who helped me when I walked in was sitting down and popped up when I walked in. I know from friends who worked for Uhaul what you are supposed to do when someone get a vehicle. No upsell of any kind, all he did was say the gas is full, bring it back full. Had me initial and sign the agreement. That was it. Then handed me the keys and said its up front in the corner, just push the buttons to find it. Are you serious? Didn't go get the vehicle, we didn't do a walk around. Nothing. The back of the van was dirty, I had to put cardboard down to keep the mud off everything I had. The gentleman who was there when I returned the vehicle was great. Very polite, he inspected the vehicle and did his job. Don't know his name he had a jacket on but he should be your GM not Samuel.

The staff did not open the back of the truck and ensure that the dolly was secure. Dolly had been used apparently by previous customer. When I informed the staff (I had my own dolly so I didn't use the one on the truck) he informed that I would be charged anyway. This was very unfortunate. The staff could have looked up the previous renter and determined if they had used the dolly as we suspected. Then this could be a ploy of the facility to make money off of unsuspecting customers. Very unethical either way. Won't be using this facility anymore.

It's under construction and the clerk did not seem too knowledgeable. He referred me to another uhaul location where I was taken good care of by management and staff. The location is on Bisonnette

Many days I picked up trucks that does not fumction properly i managed to drive it and did not complain or ask for my money back Few days ago I was charged for cleaning fee for few tooth picks left at back of truck no body informed me I will have to pay for cleaning fee of 25'oo if I can put up with you inconvinoence why can you not put up with mine oratlesst inform me and not go to my card and charge extra 25.00 Jabs ago

They are currently under construction, there was no signage directing customers on where to go. The construction people told me to go to the trailer on the side of the building

The Gessner store is being remodeled and the office is closed. There is no sign on the door apologizing for the mess and directing customers to the mobile trailer for help. The guy helping with trucks appeared pretty lazy and only does the minimum. The truck front tires were bald on the edges, creating an unsafe environment for your customers. I did not appreciate having to drive into Houston to rent a truck.

My credit card statement conflicts with my receipt by around $8, which is over 10% of the total bill. I hope this will be rectified with this survey or I will have to inconvenience myself and contact my bank.

Train the employees in customer service. They weren't rude but didn't make a customer feel appreciated. The receipt couldn't be printed and I left without one . They handed me keys with not even a thank you . I had to ask them where is the truck ? . The response was over there on the left . I asked them what about a sheet to walk around the truck and make any notations of dent or scratches and there response was you don't need it . I stepped out and they were 2 trucks on the left both of which weren't the correct truck . I had to go back inside and ask them to show me where the correct truck was at and the guy that was sitting got up and walked me towards the correct truck only to say it's over there in the front . ZERO STARS !!!

Improve your location on S.Gessner by completing the remodeling. Your location needs improvement, i.e...no power, agent could not print me a receipt of my rental. Your Corpus Christi location on S. Port Ave lots of help. My storage reservation was cancelled & no explanation given, I had to rent a storage elsewhere & you lost my business.
