Had a 9:am apt on Sunday waited till 9:15 until someone opened. Understaffed and employees seemed unhappy. Had to hook up my trailer because there was no help.

After ordering an 15' truck, The General Manager told me my total was $50+ tax. He then swipes my card and says your total is now $86+tax due to the deposit fee. Never did he explain or inform me of any deposit fee before he swiped my card, sending me into overdraft in my bank account! I told him about his poor customer service and told him about hiself. I will never go to this uhaul again nor will I ever recommend this location to anyone!

On this second rental from this location within the past few months, the fuel level is again an issue. On the previous rental, the fuel level was marked on rental agreement as 3/4 full. When I checked the truck, it was significantly below 3/4. I went back to the counter to tell the manager about it, but he waved me off without trying to address the problem. I went to gas station right away, and watch the gauge to see that it took about 4 dollars worth of gas before the fuel gauge went to 3/4. On this rental, same problem. I took photos of the fuel gauge which was marked "full" on rental agreement but was actually only 3/4 to 7/8 full. Again, it took another 4 dolllars or so of gas before the gauge went to "full." There seems to be a pattern of deliberate scam and deceptive trade practice going on regarding fuel level at the time of rental.

The truck seems to have some transmission issue. It took a while before the truck switch gears. Then it was good to go ..Very good customer service

I always strongly recommend this Uhaul location to all my friends because they have best customer service , Manager Sam & his team are very professional , I need truck for April 30th weekend and they were sold out but Manager Sam helped to figure our and he gave one day 10 feet truck and one day Cargo van and at the end I got my help so they are very helping team and I always recommend this location to all my friends, * Thank you UHaul corporations for keeping good people in team,

I had to drop off my auto-transport on 1 side of the lot and my 20' uhaul on the other side due to a Mercedes parked in the way - I physically couldn't hook my trailer around it. When I called to confirm they received both parts and explain why - they said they would check it later and call me back. 2 days passed so I assumed they located both pieces and it wasn't an issue. The 3rd day I get an automated text saying I have a uhaul rental overdue - when we called in to find out what was going on they yet again said they would have to call back. Needless to say my equipment was turned in - before the 5 day period allowed to use it - and it was fueled up and clean. They finally called back and agreed to waive all late fees associated... Rightly so. While my cincinnati location for pick up was fine - the Houston drop off location needs some serious help. Rude personnel and poor follow through.

the drivers side door had been damaged prior to pick up so it made a loud noise each time it was opened they noted it was that way so I wouldn't get penalized for it, still it was the only thing that wasn't great.

Not cancel orders on 30 mins notifications by obvious franchise owners only chasing rentals even though guaranteed and an address that doesn't fuck people over. Come on uhaul.

This was not the location I chose online. The whole experience was a comedy of errors. When I arrived, they did not have the truck (and you chose the location). Then the person could not change my order to a larger truck she did have because she did not know how and actually hung up on customer service when they told her how to do it. They booked a larger truck remotely that was not clean. So I had to wait for the truck to be cleaned since she did not know how to change the rental. Finally, the web said I had unlimited mileage on a one way move and she old me I had limited mileage. I consider this bait and switch completely dishonest.

Right after I checked out the truck, a 15 foot van, I went to check the truck, which I had not checked before hand. The gasoline level was not at 3/4 mark as stated on the contract. So I went right back into the office to inform the individual who wrote the contract. He seemed to know that was the case without my telling him, but brushed aside the issue by claiming that "a little bit off is not a big deal." I protested that it is not just a little bit off but likely a couple of gallons below the 3/4 mark, the guy rudely turn away to ignore my protest. I had no choice but to drive away and went to a gas station right away. It took pretty close to 2 gallons to get the fuel gauge up to the 3/4 mark as stated on the contract. It looks like this location is intentionally deceiving customers about gasoline level in the trucks.

Agent was not polite. I asked the height of the truck. He said it was 7 ft. 2 inches. When I got in the truck, I saw a sticker saying it was 11 ft. tall!

I have spoked to 6 different people and still haven't received a solution or reimbursement for all the trouble they made me go through specially the hazard of driving in a vehicle with a hole in the tire. Later on I had to call road side assistance to get it replaced even though the issue should've been addressed at the location and not letting me take the vehicle like that specially towing a trailer. On top of that the vehicle had beer cans inside and the cabin dirty and with spilled beer in the center console. Terrible experience overall plus other things not even worth mentioning.
