Uhaul claims I went over the mileage by over 200 miles and charged me. On top of that they have crappie customers service I gave up after getting nowhere with Corp. Office. I will never use uhaul again and complain about them every chance I get.

We purchased 6 furniture pads and they were not in the truck. We were still charged. I have sent in an email, hopefully will be credited. Other than that, had a great experience with Uhaul. We did the self rental and everything through the app. Was incredibly easy and efficient.

I was told by the person at the pickup location that she could add an additional day on my rental at no extra charge. When I returned the truck I was billed $57.24 for an additional day of rental, plus insurance coverage for that day, despite the fact that I had not kept the truck longer than the original contract stipulated. When I asked the woman checking in the equipment she did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the situation and informed me I would have to contact the office where I rented the truck.

This rental was a real fiasco. It started yesterday when I called the 2890 Sam Houston pkwy South 77042. I was quoted $30.91 to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours to move a piece of furniture. I had forgotten about a deposit for the mileage plus the rental and the representative never mentioned the mileage. We were redirected to 11368 Westheimer road #B which is a Dealer NOT a rental store. We finally found the correct store which is listed at that address but in another location plus they are a resale store with no Uhaul sign on the billboard which made it even more difficult to locate. Apparently Google is giving wrong directions for the second location. When we got here I was told I needed to pay $83.00 not $30.91. Since the second location didn't take cash I had to go deposit the money in the bank which now put us 1 hour behind. I must say that this lady was extremely nice and tried her best to get things ready. After the move I received a call a call from a district or regional manager Ronnie. As I was explaining problems we had he became more agitated and was yelling at me to be quiet while he talked. He was extremely rude and nasty so I hung up on him. Not sure why he's in a public relation job because he made all of this even worse.

The location was a very efficient franchise, personal at the location was very helpful. However, this was the third location to be able to pick up my reservation. Houston Uhaul trafic center cancel my reservation without any acceptable reason. It took my 3 hours to pick up my reservation from multiuple locations. I am 100% sure that I will no more work with u-haul and will not recommend anybody else.

I wasnt given my contract. When I dropped off the equipment I was charged an extra day. I was told I had three days when picked up. I turned tbe equipment in on day 2 plus 2 hours.

Very bad experience, I called the lady multiple times and no response, when i returned the vehicle nobody was there and I have been asked to leave the key under the seat, I asked for the receipt or any piece of paper for confirmation of return no response

The truck that was provided to me was not up to par - I requested a truck with tow dolly. When I returned to have the tow dolly hooked up a fuse was out that affected the turn signals on the dolly - the employee of this facility then went to another truck that was out of commission (due to having been in an accident - accd to the manager Candy) and removed a fuse from the that truck place in one I was renting. I was driving across country over 1000 miles - less than 7hrs into my trip the change oil soon light came on. I also noticed the tie down straps that were properly secured. We then went to a corporate Uhaul store in which an employee there had to reposition and tighten the straps to properly secure my vehicle to the tow dolly. Another few hours into the drive - the change oil required light came on HOW?!?!? Who rents a vehicle that has not been properly serviced. This was a cross country move - not an in-town. ANYTHING could have happened on the open highway. Charles "Ben" Simmons should not be a supervisor!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. After my initial complaint it took several days and multiple phone calls and now more than 2 weeks after my initial call - I still waiting on my refund, of which I am requesting a full refund on my contract. This service I received was been subpar at best.
