Location was very good; the staff were friendly. I am, however, very disappointed in the overall cost, especially the mileage fee. The cost is UHaul's fault, not Lunas Mini Mart, so I am still leaving a 4-star review.

Took forever picking up my truck, literally 40 mins plus because the person didn't know how to operate system and same when I dropped off. I had to tell them where gas gouge was and where odometer is. They didn't know where ignition is and how the key works
Tarek EThe truck smelled like fish in the back but luckily it didn't transfer to my belongings. Also, I was quite disappointed as I originally boomed a 10 ft truck then got a call from someone at UHaul saying there was only a 15 ft truck at this location but they would give it to me for the price of the 10 ft, however when I went to pick it up I was told this was incorrect and was charged for the 15 ft.
