The employee was not friendly, the truck windows weren't clean and there were water bottles under the seat. When the furniture pads were brought out, they were not folded and I was shorted 4 pads. I did not notice this until I unloaded the truck in Missoula.

Everything was fine.
Provide proper mileage for customer, never went anywhere other than from my house to my new apartment and got charged for going over mileage even though I went from point a to point b.
Customer service was wonderful
I scheduled my rental to be picked up at 8AM on 8/2-20. All related info received from Uhaul indicated the same until 3 days prior when I noted that the most recent email indicated a 10:15 AM pickup time. I contacted the pickup point and was informed that the rental had been rented out previous to my renting and nothing could be done. If that was the case then Uhaul should not have indicated that I had the rental in the first place. Very poor customer service on the company's and not the Uhaul pickup center

They charged us an additional $7. I'm going to assume that was for a difference for gas or maybe some other charge? I would have appreciated a text or call to let us know what the charge was for ahead of discovering it on my own after logging into my bank account the next day.
Upgrade system this mobile app is horrible, it's so slow the customer service representative was so rude she needs more coaching, she sounds like she had a really nasty unprofessional attitude this is the worst experience I've ever had with UHaul, another thing they had three charges pending on my credit card, you should only charge customers a fate rate once not $19.59 then 67.11 that's ridiculous.
It was my first time renting a Uhaul. I couldnt really tell that it was a Uhaul dealer. I had to look around for the door. Turns out its actually part of the gas station. Weird. It also seemed like maybe the guy behind the counter was new? I had to ask a few questions because he didnt really explain the process to me.
First time at this location. Beautiful new building and new trucks. Very close to my house. Negatives were: - Key was not in lock-box as indicated Had to go get it from clerk in store. During COVID 19, not sure why that was. - Requested 2 wheeler and blankets were not in truck at pick up Positives: Truck was there on time, clean and in great running condition. The gentleman who helped me get started made me incredibly uncomfortable and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Luckily, his colleague did. Checkout and check in was smooth (even after hours). Now, I haven't received my final receipt yet, so hopefully that will be as expected.
$.99. /mile is a lot for long distances. Consider giving a break on distances over a certain amount.
Vehicle dirty on inside cab. Food and crumbs inside center counsel. Leaves in back of truck. Gas tank only 3/4's full. Cab floor dirty full of rocks and sand. Vehicle dash warning light on indicating low air in rear tire. Attendant told me to ignore warning lights and not worry about it.

Make sure a reservation is what the customer ordered and that the location is acceptable before changing it. Poor communication. No pull out ramp on ten foot truck and big jumps in truck make it very small and not easy to load.

Improve the text notifications to show correct information. Mine said the rental was due a day earlier than it really was, which caused me to take extra time to verify
UHAUL shouldn't auto-downgrade a reservation made online without calling the customer first, especially when the preference for comm's was via phone. Also when basing availability, perhaps notifying actual availability in a range. The auto-downgrade of size was not a pleasant surprise and can jeapordize event requirements. Otherwise the location/staff was excellent. Customer service, once I called, was very kind and helpful. Please reconsider your online processes.
Checkout was a PAIN, I was treated as 2nd class as clerk helped other customers while I stood and waited because the computer system brought him to a screen he hadnt seen. He ended up letting me take truck and he called UHaul
Truck did not have door height marked and not everything would fit in the opening.

We were way over charged it cost almost 300 dollars and was told 40 plus mileage. Will not use them again!!!!
