The trailer was not were I expected to be. Then the agent sent me in the wrong directory to the new location. I had to go back to the original place to find the place listed above.



Initially, my reservation was at another location. I went to that location, and they referred me here. I was in & out and on the road quickly with a little help from the gentleman at the desk. Very polite and professional!!!

Check with central office. I received email telling me to go to one place, then received another the next day directing me to a different location. Checked with both and neither had the trailer I required. Called central again and was directed to this final location. Phillip, who ran it, was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

I confirmed that the truck I rented would be at another location roughly 15 miles away from this location. When I arrived to pick it up - and only then - was I informed that the truck would be here. This location was fine and the man running it was pleasant and helpful, but it was extremely frustrating to be told that I would be able to pickup the truck from my desired location only to have to add an hour to my day (and the additional payments to Uhaul) to have to go somewhere else. So, my suggestion for improvement is not to wait until the pick up time to tell customers they're going to go somewhere else.

Did not receive our dolly like I had reserved. Was told it would be taken off our total payment but it was not. We're were also charged an additional $40 for being slightly late with the turn in because several locations were closed or not accessible and a 21 dollar charge for 1/8 tank if gas. I dropped off the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it when I picked it up. I do not appreciate these ridiculous charges.



Pick up location was changed when I called for a pickup time (reserved online 2 days earlier). Took a couple of hours to get in touch with the new location (phone went unanswered. Had to drive out of the way to pick up the equipment.

There was nothing wrong with the Blue Angels Sales. They were professional, nice, and efficient. The problem I had was that I had to pick up the truck I wanted 45 minutes from where I rented it. I rented a truck two weeks in advance to be picked up in Hartselle, AL. But had to go to Huntsville, AL to get the truck. I could understand that being the case if I had rented it 24-48 hours before I needed it, but not two weeks in advance. Not pleased about this.

The only problem I have with u-hale is the first time I called to book a use of a trailer they booked me and told me they would call and let me know or email telling me where to pick up but never did the first book was for 12 o'clock and I never got an email so I had to read book for a trailer spent several hours looking 1 and finally found one in North Huntsville Alabama which was further away from my home overall it was okay it was just a little bit of a hassle thank you U-Haul for the use of your trailer and I will tell other people to use your service for the price you can't beat it have a blessed day

I received good customer service but I was a little uncomfortable. The manager had a concealed weapon on him and at times he kept touching it. He never pointed it at me or threatened me with it but it made me uncomfortable to be in such a small space with someone with a weapon. I guess this is how he runs his business. As a honest working citizen if I ever need to use uhaul again I will not return to this location.

The Guy was too lazy to put the proper Millage in the form , which was off by 51 miles . the estimate was $3099 when i returned i was charged an extra $41.89. had the guy put the total millage i asked for and the amount correct I would not have rented the truck. I could have had the materials i was calling delivered for $33.00!!!!!! I have rented U-Hauls for around 45 years and this was the worst experience i have had. This guy should not be aloud to rent U-Haul Vehicles!

The folks at this location have excellent customer service aside from completing my rental forms they were very helpful in assisting me with the installation of the hitch and tow equipment. Their assistance was greatly appreciated and the location was very clean

While my Blue Angels Sales experience was positive, reserving the vehicle was not. I initially contacted iStorage in Lacey's Spring. They were helpful in arranging to pick up a vehicle the next day at the Governor's Drive location. They later called to say my reservation had been moved to University Drive (farther from my house) and would be ready at 10 AM. When I called that store, I was told that there was no truck available until after 6 PM. They in turn set me up with a truck at the Blue Angels Sales site (even further from home). I called them to confirm that such was the case, and since I called after hours (5:30PM), I was told that there were trucks and dollies at the site, but no one could confirm the reservation. When I arrived the next morning to take the truck, I was told that someone else had already reserved it for a few hours later in the day. I was afraid that at the last possible minute, the reservation would fall through. However, after a phone call by the rental agent, I was given the truck and dolly. When hooking up the dolly to the truck, I realized there was no hitch on the truck and I then had to spend another $20 down the street for a hitch I will not use again. It seems that there was very little coordination across the rental system between stores. Getting tossed from store to store only to find out that there was no guarantee that the vehicle would actually be at any of them when needed did not seem very professional. I'm glad I got the truck and had no problem thereafter, but it shouldn't be that hard to get one. U-Haul will not be my first choice for rentals in the future.

I changed payment methods and will have to wait up to 5 days to get my cash released within my checking account. The rental request initiated with a debit card and changed to credit card. I would never have changed methods if I knew of the pending request not being canceled immediately. The UHaul Customer Service People Won't Cancel the request!!! they don't know how. The Credit Card payment paid the bill but the active Pending request on the Debit card will 'time out' but in that way I have to wait. NO ONE in UHaul Can Cancel the Debit Request!!! Laughable. Unreal. Poor very poor business practices and NOT ONE of the 3 employees understood the issue. Not One. wow.
