I was not given my trailer on Monday July 24 and I was told that they would cancel my contract and refund me. But it is now July 29 and Uhaul still hasn't addressed it even though I have been calling and emailing. They did this while knowing that I needed the trailer because my sister had just died.

This place is an absolute dump with obviously horrible management. There was nowhere to park the truck and trailer, staff were completely useless and unable/unwilling to help. They were telling you to move the truck to areas that it obviously won't fit. Saying that they are unable to move the equipment themselves and would have to call a manager to do so and that we would be charged for it. This was a horrible experience with zero customer service from start to finish.
Aaron T.The trailer was buried in snow and a car was blocking it in. The depot person moved the car but did not shovel the trailer out nor attach it to my vehicle. They also overcharged me because I picked it up twenty minutes early! I dropped it off three hours early and hopefully they refunded the overcharge! I will not use this location again, nor recommend it to anyone. I suggest that you periodically check in with your depots to make sure they are operating up to Uhaul standards.
Carol P.The tires on the truck were bald. I got stuck in a driveway with under 1†of snow. I had to be towed. When I contacted uhaul roadside assistance they told me it was going to be 3-3.5 hrs. I told the dispatch that I was going to look into other options while the assistance was on the way. Uhaul decided to cancel my roadside assistance call without my consent and left me stranded. I had to arrange for a tow at my own expense. The customer service, communication, vehicle maintenance and added cost of this rental were not worth it and need to be improved. There are other options available, I used uhaul for a move across the country and I have had a storage unit for over a year now, This experience is making me consider ending my longstanding relationship with your company. When I dropped the truck off at the location. The attendant told me that I would receive an email confirming the end of the rental. I didn't receive that email. I got a call the next day from uhaul asking when I'd be dropping off the truck. When I expressed my distain for the experience the person on the phone said they would reach out to the manager in the area to get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call.
