U-Haul Contract 24295623 I returned this truck on 7/30/18 at 0900. I got a call on 7/31/18 in the morning asking if I still had the truck, I explained the the trUck was returned over 24 hours ago. I noticed today that my credit card was charged another $26.18 today (8/1/18) different from the $123.45 that was charged on 7/31/18. I also noted that a return time of 5pm was placed on my invoice and now 100 miles. The mileage is wrong, I drove approximately 60 miles, either someone else drive the truck or miles are doctored. I would like my refund or else this FRAUD will be reported to my card company. I have my credit card receipt to prove this FRAUD!!!! I am very upset and would like the matter rectified!

When making the reservation the gentleman said I could pick up by 7:15 he didn’t show up till after 730. Other then being late He was very friendly. Did my paper work in a timely manner. Then gave me keys to the truck where I go out to find people living ou the back of the truck. Blankets,fans, pillows, clothes, they even had a crockpot of food cooking. Instead of giving me another truck he kicked all of their belongings out on the ground. Inside the cab of the truck was brand new nice and clean and drove wonderful.

I was given the wrong address to pick up the truck. I took an Uber to the palm beach location since the rest of family was at the house we were moving to getting things ready. Once I got to the location which I got a call, email, and text confirming I was told I would have to go to another location 55 minutes away. Which was a 70$ uber without the tip. I was waiting to hear from u haul to confirm the truck was at this location which consisted of 30 minutes waiting for customer service which I was then transferred to scheduling where I was disconnected then had to do the 30 minute wait again. After 5 hours of sorting things out I finally got the truck after wasting a whole day of packing. I had to be out of my house he next day by 1:30 which was a complete mess since I couldn’t finish packing since I had to spend the whole day and 85$ on uber just to get the truck. Not the locations fault.

They didn’t help me hook up dolly Didn’t check to see if my car was loaded properly. They didn’t show me how to use equipment or anything. Even after I asked a few times. Ended up severely damaging my car.

When I arrived at the Immokalee location the agent did not have my order, but was very helpful in getting me the equipment as it was sent to another agent by mistake. He went out of his way to help load the vehicle, very helpful and much appreciated.

It was clean but had a few malfunctions one signal light didn't work & a back light was not working also I had to only drive during the day so I wouldn't cause a accident do you'll run routine checkups on ur trailers or no?

Location was fine and service rep very nice. However, I had to deal with customer service manager John who is very rude, arrogant to meeting customer satisfaction. John hung the telephone up during conservation as I was still confirming items. Uhaul didn't have truck available at location scheduled (didn't even call me all morning until 10 minutes before pickup time) to let me know they didn't have any trucks available and had to drive 60 miles roundtrip to get to other location and then that location was closed. Then had to drive to another location. Waste of my time. They only gave 50.00 guarantee failure and free 50 miles. However, I was told that I could have truck for 29.95 instead of 39.95 per day but manager John refused to honor his own customer service rep agreement. Uhaul needs to seriously look into this matter and handle it appropriately. I rented truck for 7 days and should get an additional 70.00 (10.00 per day of truck rental). Then had to deal with unprofessional manager John arguing with me about location and rsvp online. I requested phone transcripts for both calls from John on Dec 22, 2017 and still haven't received transcripts.
