Reservation at 7am but the owner came at 7.40, they told that this location open at 8am. So why you guys allow me to reserve at 7am. Otherwise I will book another location and wasn't waste my time! Besides, they did not tell me about extra charge if I return a truck after a time I approx. to be back. They try to charge me twice for rental and insurance. Not even tell me to return by access web online for it, I have spent another 15 mins to do online return. Plus, they location have no light, so dark and can't take a picture well (as photo submit required for return a truck).

When I picked up the u-haul there was already damage to the truck and graffiti on it - when I dropped it off, I was told that there was 'new damage.' I told them I had not hit anything. It has been a week now since I dropped off the van and I just got the receipt - and now they are trying to charge me for damages that I didn't cause. I'm not paying it. I refuse.

I made the original reservation for 10am 5/31/18 at the Rego Park Service Station. I arrived at 10am and was told they did not have the equipment for my reservation and would have the manager call me. 2 hours later and I did not receive a call. I tried to call rego park service station but the phone was off. I called uhaul customer service and the representative changed my reservation to roosevelt. I asked her how I would receive the reservation guarantee payment of $50 and she said It would be paid to my credit card used for the reservation after I returned my rental equipment. I have still not received any confirmation about my reservation guarantee payment of $50.

Again, I have no problem with this location, but once again, when I made the reservation online, I declined the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), but as soon as they printed out my bill at the location, there was the CDW charge! Just like last time! Anyone not paying attention gets charged, even if they declined it when they make the reservation. That's a dirty trick.

I was given a soecific price when I reserved online but I was charged a different price when I picked up the van. I called customer service a few times and they deflected the issue by saying that It was just a preauthorization amount and that the difference will be refunded. This was a complete deflection from addressing the issue.

Charged me for two periods when you can clearly see on the statement I rented at 9AM and returned before 6PM the SAME day. Charged me for insurance 2X ($32) and for rental 2X ($39). Utter disgrace. This place should lose its license to represents Uhaul. I have been to many Uhauls and not once have I been through this. Definitely changed my perspective.

It was my first time using U-Haul and everything worked out perfectly. The van wasnt very clean but it was fine for what I need it (moving out from my apartment). The engine and motor were well mantained and I didnt have any problem. I would recommend it, just be careful with your milage because that can increase a lot your price.

Make sure the van is clean. I always rent a cargo van on this location and I am very disappointed as the cargo van they gave me is the old van which is so small. The gas is not full tank so it’s hard to estimate filling up to where the line is.

No paper receipts no walk around no nothing. When returned person behind desk was too busy on their cell phone to do a walk around again with me then they go after me for a dome light tbey said I broke now I'm fighting with insurance company because tge guy behind the counter was too lazy to do a walk around with me
