Fix the leak in the cargo bay roof. It was pouring in Jacksonville on move day. Many of my possessions and boxes suffered water damage as a result - "ponding" in mom's attic. This truck vibrated so much that mirrors went out of adjustment. Happy with the service; the truck, not so much.
