Well, in the original reservation online, I filled in all of the information needed to rent the truck, but when I went to the original location the day before pick up, i was told that they didn't have a truck. Luckily the alternate location was really close, but I had to provide all the same information I had provided for the online reservation--time consuming. Also, in the online reservation it stated that someone form uhaul would call to arrange an alternate location, but no one ever called. Lastly, someone had spilled some type of oil on the floor in the truck, and although it looked like it had been wiped up, and the truck was clean, the heat and humidity, combined with the oil residue made the floor and ramp extremely slippery until we spent the time cleaning the floor with something to remove the oil residue. All that aside, the equipment was clean overall, and in good condition, and the move went smoothly.

The only small complaint I have is that I noticed a small hole inside the top right side once it started to rain as I was 80% done, therefore rushing to finishing unloading before my furniture got wet sitting in that particular spot.

If pets have been int he vehicle just be sure to clean and disinfect all seats/floors/surfaces. A dog ha been in the vehicle previously and the odor/hair should have just been wiped down and removed as much as possible. Other than that, all was good.

When I picked up the truck there was only 1/4 gas in the tank instead of a full tank so I filled the tank not sure how much I would use.I didn't even use the 1/4 that was in it. Now I'm out $40.

Without question the VERY BEST experience myself and my son have ever had with U-Haul. Megan Bellis was absolutely outstanding, finding us the proper trailer, instructing not only the mechanics but safety and towing tips. I know we will be transporting my Marine son to and from home several other times during his assignment at Camp Lejeune and we will always use IRON GUARD STORAGE for our U-Haul needs.
