Making the reservation with the main office of Uhaul was great. The next day I went to the location in Jenison to make sure everything was set for the next day. The person there was unsure of how to use anything related to the rental. After 30 minutes I left hoping everything would be ready the next day. I already had a reservation number so this visit should have been unnecessary, but I wanted to check it out. The next day I arrived at the expected time and now there were 2 individuals there. Neither one knew what was going on. After 40 minutes I left with no paper work, not knowing if they had the mileage or gas down anywhere. I returned the truck on time with the same amount of gas. No one was at the site. The person I talked to about returning the truck told me the charge was $127, but $140 was charged to my card and has not been changed. Overall this was not a great experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone!!
