The forced me to pay for extra coverage. When i told them i didn't need it, they told me to take up with corporate. I just felt that they were unprofessional.

Omar C.Location was convenient. The app experience was extremely poor and confusing. My pick-up was for 7:30 am, I got a text at 7:40 am saying that the equipment was not available. Luckily the extremely nice BP shop guy who was texting his boss about the van was such a good person!
