Noone was there and gate was wide open with no directions to return keys
Felecity WLess moving the customer around to other locations to pick up rentals. Move the trucks to the location the customer requested.
Jeffrey FReturning the rented truck and auto-tow trailer was difficult at this location. Although returned during business hours, there was no one available for communication or to receive the truck. In addition, after leaving the equipment more than three days early, they have added an additional charge for a "late fee" which is unbelievable. Did not have a good experience at this location and would not recommend for future rentals or returns.
