I was charged $15 for cleaning. I cleaned out the trailer before dropping off. Trailer was left in better shape when I dropped it off than when I picked up. Will not be using uhaul again due to this cleaning fee.

No matter the business personal problem, they Shldnt Have trailers or rentals out and No attendet. Ok closed for virus... No problem. Lock up and close. I had to drive 40miles extra to pick up mine. 20miles to 20miles back home. I like the people of Uniroyal tires. So i want no ill words on them. Thanks.

True masters is a horrible place to get your U-Haul from. They have very poor customer service. The older gentleman is very rude. We always have issues with him when we have to go pick up our trucks.

Express Tire said we could return truck to any location so we left it at Another Closet. It was closed but we thought someone would come to check it in. Needless to say, I was charged an additional $40./3d. I'm not happy & will not rent again.


Even though the agent told me to have the unit back at a certain time, I missed the deadline by 7 minutes and they showed no grace. Cost me an additional 100.00 Being in a small town, we need to help each other out a little. With the Coronavirus, I would think that a little grace would be in order. Not to mention that people weren't knocking down the door to re-rent the equipment. Matter of fact, I re-rented the same day as my job wasn't finished I wouldn't blame the agent as he had no choice, I would blame the boss who's policy sucks. We live in a small town and I feel like letting everyone know how this company handles its affairs. Not happy.

Get more customer service people! There was one poor guy there and a line of people to check in/out. Otherwise, call customers that have completed on line info and let them know there would be a wait. We were delayed an hour due to wait time to check out, when we had already done everything on line for a trailer and still had to wait. We had a reservation for 10.

We request a refund of $25 for a cleaning charge. Never told us this and we only moved about 15 pieces of furniture. No boxes or bags or outdoor stuff were put in unit! Not happy!! Please credit our charge card used by my hubby Charles Engers. Thanks

The staff at the pick up location was not very friendly unfortunately. However, when I spoke to anyone at the 800GOUHAUL they were so helpful and amazing!

Neither one of the employees at this location were very helpful. The older of the two who assisted me had a bad attitude, and seemed very rude. I asked about two marker lights that were out on the top corners of the trailer they said I was fine. When I got home and went to open the door to the trailer I saw that one of the three red marker lights on the back of the trailer was out. When I tested the lights at pickup location the employee in the back said the lights were good. Not very trustworthy for someone in the customer service business. I will not be returning to this location again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

If the office is open, I recommend going inside to check the vehicle in rather than using the online self check in. The owner or man working when I returned the truck was pretty snappy about my using the online check in. I was pretty put off by his attitude and will likely use another location next time.
